War and Wine Festival is a new event which takes place on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th of July, at the RMA Tavern on Cromwell Road in Southsea, Portsmouth.

This DIY event offers a mixture of Punk, Hardcore, Ska, Hip-Hop, Acoustic, Folk, Blues and everything in between. Music for the people by the people. No egos, just a good time. DIY to the end.

Line-up

Saturday
Main Stage: The Skints, The White Coats, Population Lost, Septic Pyschos, Death Job, Rocco Lampone, Bastad Rats, Mutiny Plot, and Fun Bus (Formerly No Access).
Gun Room: New Rising, The Porcelain Coins, The Blockades, Amy's Ghost, Loose Tongue, Regardless of Your Mathematics, The Lonely Cardinals, and Hard and Fast.

Sunday
Main Stage: Bemis, Al Goodwin, Population Lost go Lounge, Ian Scarbro, C.M Arnold, Dirty Sky Jones, Talicza Stevens, Nick Courtney, and Charli Veronica, plus a special festival closing DJ set from Laurence Reed.
Gun Room: The Double No Nos, At Last, SunSetSin, Chris Ricketts & Mark Willshire, Forgotten Juarez Girls, and Branden Baxley.

Tickets

Day tickets are priced at £7 for Saturday, £5 for Sunday, weekend tickets are available for just £10, with profits from this years ticket sales going to charity. To buy tickets, click here.

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
