'Global Heart Gathering' is a multi-faith multi-cultural event to bring unity amongst different religions and cultures taking place from Thursday 29th July until Monday 2nd August in fields just outside of Weymouth, in Dorset on Cheese Lane.

Line-up

The line-up includes the reggae band Dubheart, Julie Lewis Trio, Little Dread, and also The Children Of The Kingdom Gospel Choir. The artists, musicians, speakers,volunteers and performers have given their time for free as all the proceeds go to the charity.

Other entertainment

There will also be belly dancers, African dancers, drum workshops, yoga, different spiritual devotional music, and jazz.

There will be four marquees for a healing area, workshops and talks, music and a children's marquee.

Tickets

Tickets are priced at £50 for campers and include from midday Thursday 29th until midday Monday 2nd august. Day tickets for the Friday/Saturday/Sunday are priced at £18. Evening tickets for the Friday/Saturday/Sunday are priced at £8. Accompanied Children under 16 years have free admission for the whole event. Tickets will be available for cash at the gate.

Charity

Global Heart Gathering is set up to fundraise for a small N.G.O. registered charity www.poor.org.in which sets assists tribal villages supporting orphanages, schools, medical centres etc in India.
