  1. Can anyone suggest the best way to get hold of a live in vehicle pass (normal, not settlers)? They were all gone by the time we got tickets.
  2. Pretty sure they came back on sale on the GM website a week or two before the festival this year.
  3. Loved this post and that your daughter enjoyed herself! We also hired a Mr Trolley and know what you mean about the weight of them! We also stood as far back as possible, especially later on in the day and had loads of space around them. I think the trolley issue can also be applied to groups of people in chairs/picnic blankets so not a trolley specific issue maybe...
  4. The trouble is that it's a really child friendly festival so always going to attract a lot of families and it's one of the reasons that we went this year. Most of the trolleys are probably hired ones from Mr Trolley and have been around from years and not got any bigger. Maybe they should stop Mr Trolley from hiring out their weekend 'wagons'? That way people might bring smaller ones of they had to fit their own in a car or make do another way?
  5. My wife had a Ticketmaster code and I had an AXS one so I was trying on both. I found the ASX set up a lot easier to navigate that the Ticketmaster one.
  6. I had the same issue but got in within 1 or 2 min.
  7. Right, just to clarify, half an hour before tickets go on sale, I should click on the purchase link in the email. This will take me to a waiting room where I should sit tight. When the sale time comes around, I will automatically get put in a queue. Is my understanding correct? Know my chances are slim today (not interested in VIP) but going to give it a go anyway. Any advice from experience would be appreciated as this is my first attempt!
  8. Sorry if I've missed it earlier in the thread but has anyone got a seating plan and pricing for Cardiff? I'm a bit confused, I registered through Ticketmaster but received an email with code through AXS. Which should I buy through or are they both the same? I'm obviously registered with TM but not with AXS. Apologies if this is a dumb question.
  9. 2005 and 2007 sold out quickly (no festival in 2006) and they were very wet years. I remember tickets being available a week or two before the festival in 2008, possibly due to two very wet years? I think it sold out within hours from 2009 onwards.
  10. Our campervan pass arrived this morning!
  11. Thanks, Festimadmum, That's sort of what I'd gathered from reading a few different snippets so good that you can confirm.
  12. Thanks, Benali. Do you know where the settlement car park is? Having carried out some research after posting my original message, I got the impression that campervans might be located the other side of the river to the festival site; does this sound correct? Also, it sounds like there are two trolley points so I was trying to figure out which it closest to campervans. We don't need one for unloading, just for the kids to get in over the weekend. Is this what you have used them for?
  13. Does anyone have a site map? We have a campervan ticket and looking to book Mr Trolley and trying to find out which pickup point would be best, settlement car park or orange car park. Any advice appreciated.
