Seetickets sent me the wrong Campervan ticket!

Seetickets sent me Campervan West instead of Campervan East!! It got delivered this morning. Has this happened to anybody before?

Whats my chances of them sending the correct one out in time?

I'm leaving for the festival onTuesday.

I've emailed them through Customer sevices. Tried phoning them but i was on the phone for 10 minutes going through the automated service trying to speak to an actual peson before I got pissed off!! No option for getting sent the wrong tickets!

Look at the 'those in need' thread, there are plenty of people that will swap your West for an East.

Above might be your easiest option. Although if See have sent a different ticket to the one you had a confirmed order for they have to rectify it. Likely they would suggest collection and not sure how feasible that would be??

Seetickets just called saying they want me to send my ticket back to them special delivery before they will send out the correct one. If I can find someone in London looking for a swap that would be a better option.
