Can't see a world in which Pinkpantheress headlines in 2024.
-
Have Amyl and The Sniffers been announced for this?
-
There's a reason they've dragged their heels with this one... Media team completely in fear of the almighty backlash once the lineup is released. Let's just say anyone expecting a kick-on from Sam Fender, Kasabian and Madness is in for a rude awakening - especially considering the increasing price point and cost-of-living crisis.

Any inside info?
-
Yeah Yeah Yeahs headline?

FINAL PREDICTION:
-
Sunday looking not half bad.
-
Sheffield? Liverpool? Nottingham?
-
I do enjoy the Reytons music and they certainly have made some great tunes (only a couple of which are direct rip-offs of Arctic Monkeys...) but a 44-year old Jonny Yerrell singing about being a rebellious teen really is just a bit sad...
-
No but Dizzee is a completely different kettle of fish to Rag N Bone man who you also mentioned. I just don't see Tom Grennan as anything other than a T'Other Stage headline, as a Becky Hill sort of act.
-
Only really IDLES in terms of high up the bill and I would say not as heavy as likes of Broco
-
Jamiroquai seems like an obvious choice given the fact Tramlines and Victorious share at least 2 headliners, but I can't see where he fits in... Think Paul Heaton pretty nailed on for a spot on the bill, same with Franz Ferdinand. Noel seems unlikely to me, and Jamie T had obviously been suggested to me by a decent source already. Tom Grennan doesn't really fit the usually sub act, usually more indie band style - think it will be Bloc Party.
-
With regards to Milburn, it is worth noting lead guitarist Tom Rowley is free across the weekend due to a break in Arctic Monkeys tour dates...
-
But they represent a very cheap option for SS, looks good on the poster and will attract a large crowd. Headlines R&L only 7 years ago, whether their performances are good is a different issue...
-
I would say virtually 0. Truck is obviously now 80% twinned with essentially Tramlines & Victorious, and so the chance of heavy acts being booked across these fests is now very low.
-
FRIDAY: Dermot Kennedy, Franz Ferdinand, Milburn SATURDAY: Jamie T, Bloc Party, Anne-Marie SUNDAY: The Libertines, Paul Heaton, Maximo Park About right.
-
Fender was up and coming. Blossoms are on the decline in terms of commercial popularity anyway, none of their albums have reached the commercial success of their first.
-
There's not many around to headline mid-size fests this year, most looking at playing their own gigs or sub slots at RandL, TRNSMT even IOW. As a result, Superstruct are reaching lower to find their headline acts - this is the broad information I have been told from a very reliable source. So lineup will not be out for a while and the quality may not match that of previous years.
-
Tramlines social accs getting stick for lack of lineup... Will be some disappointed people from what I've heard.
-
Wait 10 mins and RandL will post the lineup (hopefully with some more names)
-
10 acts?

Heard Jamie T.
