  1. Don't get too excited. It's Lewis C plus Dave Grohl and at least one other. I assume Dave Grohl would be for SNAFF.
  2. Sorry - but the answer to that is a resounding YES. He is an absolute bona fide legend and has some of the most recognisable and iconic songs of all time. For many years we thought he would never return to contemporary music. If you haven't seen him before (which I'm assuming you haven't as you haven't heard his music) then I assure you he is an absolute MUST. I don't wish this to appear rude (I'm sure it will do) but this is like the comments when Neil Young and Springsteen played claiming they couldn't be famous because they didn't know them. He is up there with Dylan, CSNY, Joni, Cohen.
  3. I was also lucky enough to be at the H of F (with the Nirvana reunion), and also when he played the Albert Hall (2009). Waited decades to see him and he was excellent both times.

Sorry, Glass wasn't there, it was Hazelwood and co performing Glass. Glass did appear in Bristol in 2013 at St George's which felt like the event of the century. Would love to see Einstein on the Beach at GB.
  5. They were on the GB lineup a few years back (probably quite a few) but were either late on or didn't turn up. I waited but then had another group to see. I think they are down to two original members. Mind you, at the cancelled Staten Island gig they would have been supporting the Yardbirds who I believe are down to one!
  6. Yes, but the band didn't. She only sang with them for two years. And to answer your question... 54.
  7. Phish played the Pyramid many years back. Unfortunately I missed them. They were first on. They would be excellent on West Holts. String Cheese Incident played on there (I was lucky enough to catch that one.) Sadly I flew out of the US at Easter the day Phish were doing the rescheduled MSG dates. A strange time as my Regina Spektor at Carnegie Hall was cancelled as we were waiting to board to fly to the US. Big Brother and the Holding Company was also cancelled, but I did end up seeing B Joel for a 2nd time at MSG. Not as good as the date just before lock down when he brought on JBJovi. It seems a very uncertain business investing in gig tickets these days.
  8. In case it hasn't been mentioned. Paul Mccartney is playing a tiny warm up tomorrow at the Cheese and Grain in Frome. Tickets on sale now at £25.
