@blutarsky which field was you put in when you arrived the Thursday morning ? How far was the walk?
I joined my sister who was already parked up, on the edge of E16/17. If I'd taken my 'rightful spot' at the back I'd have been in the last third of E14, closer to the road.
In fairness, being in E14 isn't that bad as you can cross the road there and walk through the quiet fields. Being right at the back of E14 puts you closer to gate C than anywhere in E15 and E17, and closer than most of E16.- 1

You can’t save space for another van, no. You need to arrive together if you want to camp together. It would be chaos if they tried to allow this.
Not strictly true.
I couldn't make it until Thursday AM last year, but my sister arrived in her van on Tuesday. She asked for space for an awning even though she didn't have one, then made a show of being bad at parking, to take up more space. She put a gazebo in the space preserved and when I got there on Thursday I parked in that space. I didn't bother with our awning, as we didn't spend much time at camp, but had room for it if I'd wanted. I did have to persuade the parking staff to let me go to the space, which i managed by showing them pics of it and a live location of where my sister was parked.

i was on site, nothing overnight 17 to 18, the only wet that happened during the day was the lightest of drizzle in the afternoon but it wasn't even enough to wet the ground.
Thanks

Any idea on rainfall for the morning of the 18th @pilton digger?

I arrived on Thursday morning to the East general fields in '22. My sister was already there and had saved me a spot, but this was in the far reaches of E17 so it didn't really benefit me. I'd have been no further away if I'd been put 'at the back' where I 'should' have been.

I can't find Carhenge on the lineup board?
No, or limited, acts on there. There is karaoke on somewhere I think. May be in the Avalon Inn?

Twickets is your friend. Nothing sat the moment but you'll find them popping up around the start of August. Set an alert.

Ah ha! Now this is incredibly helpful! Thank you!
So there is a lock up near Pennard? Do you happen to know if they would allow us to keep a largeish trolley in it overnight?
If so, that sounds like a perfect solution.
Thanks guys
They'd definitely be fine with the trolley. I checked a bike in and out every day at the PGC lock up last year and wasn't the only one.

The Other Stage has merch (mainly t shirts/hoodies) of those playing its stage, and West Holts has the CDs/vinyls of its performers. I can't remember seeing other stalls.
Pyramid merch stall will do some merch of artists playing on the day you go there.

We'll be using accessible parking for the first time with no other needs. Will the car park be open from Thursday night. I assume it'll be fine but the pdf was unclear.

Band Merch Available??
in Questions
Posted
There's not much selection. For bands playing the main stages there is a merch stand nearby which may have some of their gear, but only on the day they are playing. You should be able to get a Young Fathers shirt at the West Holts merch stand, left of stage as you look at it. You're lucky they're playing WH - it's the best merch stand by a distance - it even does some artist signings. You could get lucky and catch YF there after their set.
