I played in that!  2010 I think?  We raised loads of cash for Wateraid and I broke 2 fingers.  Still got the red Efests T-shirt with 4Assedmonkey on the back.  Good times.

2009 according to my photos 🙂

Interesting - maybe Google has inadvertently leaked two extra dates that haven’t been announced

I'm guessing thats a poorly scraped search result. the O2 site says 14 - 17 , which I guess is just poorly wriiten copy to mean 14 and 17

Other acts are listed for the other days

    ha!

REG: Yeah. All right, Stan. Don't labour the point. And what have the Eavises ever given us in return?!

    XERXES: The water points?

    REG: What?

    XERXES: The water points.

REG: Oh. Yeah, yeah. They did give us that. Uh, that's true. Yeah.

COMMANDO #3: And the compost toilets.

LORETTA: Oh, yeah, the compost toilets, Reg. Remember what the portaloos used to be like?

REG: Yeah. All right. I'll grant you the water points and the compost loos are two things that the Eavises have done.

    MATTHIAS: And the trackways.

REG: Well, yeah. Obviously the trackways. I mean, the trackways go without saying, don't they? But apart from the water points, the compost loos, and the trackways--

    COMMANDO: Better drainage on site.

    XERXES: Festival Medial Services.

    COMMANDOS: Huh? Heh? Huh...

COMMANDO #2: Better late licencing for after midnight areas.

    COMMANDOS: Ohh...

REG: Yeah, yeah. All right. Fair enough.

    COMMANDO #1: And the bars.

    COMMANDOS: Oh, yes. Yeah...

FRANCIS: Yeah. Yeah, that's something we'd really miss, Reg, if the Romans left. Huh.

    COMMANDO: Glamping.

LORETTA: And it's safe to walk the old railway path at night now, Reg.

FRANCIS: Yeah, they certainly know how to keep order. Let's face it. They're the only ones who could in a place like this.

COMMANDOS: Hehh, heh. Heh heh heh heh heh heh heh.

REG: All right, but apart from the water points, festival medical services, better late licencing for after midnight areas , the bars, public order, better drainage on site, trackways, compost toilets, and less mudbaths, what have the Romans ever done for us?

    XERXES: Booked Coldplay.

    REG: Oh. Coldplay? Shut up!

Be interesting to see what media outlets get free tickets, and what just get a press pass.  Not really sure what the benefit of the press pass would be if it didn’t include a ticket?

Orgs like the BBC get 'free' tickets, so staff can go as punters, this would alos include people who need 'press pass' access because they are working using their free ticket, eg photographers who need stage access etc, so they'd get the press pass as well.

Hi @Kiralp- when I got to the two statements and how much I agreed with them, I couldn’t select the same response for both. Is that the survey design?

    yeah, on this page:

I can't select the same option for both.

We are driving from Scotland on the Tuesday and have a hotel booked in Weston Super-Mare area for Tuesday night. Google maps shows it being 45 mins from hotel to the farm… I know that time on Glastonbury Wednesday will not be accurate. In terms of leaving the hotel Wednesday morning what time would you guys suggest?

I live near WSM, it'll be a few hours, me and a few friends used to convoy over at about 7am, and would be in east camper by 10am ish, you'll hit rush hour in shepton, and obviously, everyone else on their way. So depending on how early you can get up, a 6am start would shave off quite a bit of time.

I now have the luxury of getting to east camper on the Tuesday, so mush less traffic.

After @paulshaneposted I did a very brief search on the net and the first article I found indicated that he was right. However, since your post I looked into it further and found out that you are right. There's evidently false info out there on this.

yeah, I rechecked and there is a lot of conflicting info out there, but it seems CBE is not a Sir, every day's a school day 🙂

Huh? What happens? Is it a "KLF soundystem"...

Wanda Dee was sampled by the KLF in a couple of tracks and she now tours as if she was a founder member. Nothing to do with the KLF at all other than the sampling back in the day
