Just wait untill 16:00.........
For foo fighters, seems bit odd to leave one for later. Hope they don't play so boring
-
Hopefully this means no foo fighters if they've announced a few this morning very happy if that's the case

Probably none - I reckon maybe another 1-2 more before new year.
I'm liking the idea of doing a weekend if a few headliners work in my favour, would love to do this tame impala day with maybe arcade fire if they play
-
How many more headliners are we expecting before sale starts if not all when can we expect all the headliners?

Normally not RW. TW Classic 21st of June, and that can make Pinkpop happy too ;-).
That is the plan.
That's a shame , I'm going for rhcp, pearl jam, tame impala, twenty one pilots and I'm unsure after that

Yeah... there is something in the works. I think it will come together. You can compare it with summer 2009. Big difference was the setup, they used the viva la vide production for these shows. If they do a few shows this time, they will need the logistics of a festival.
Sounds interesting and if rock werchter can get them that would be amazing catch if they do minimal shows overall. The thought of them and pearl jam would mean very quick sell out

@Ken19 Any news on Coldplay, Chris Martin said they won't be touring this album, can we cross Coldplay off the werchter list although it was very slim chance anyway ?
-
That was my thinking sadly never seem to catch them
-
Tenacious D touring Europe in February but no English dates any chance they could come back round for Werchter
-
Could they not do mad cool 8th, NOS 9th but yh as you say very unlikely

Ken said SOAD if not at Graspop and possibly The Strokes
Oh yh, forgot about them. Do you reckon that's the pool of headliners then or any suprise ones you thinking ?
-
So ATM we are thinking Coldplay, dua lipa, tame impala, twenty one pilots, pearl jam, bon iver. Any other possible headliners I've missed?
-
We usually have rough ideas on headliners by now but I can't think of many concrete ones at the moment
-
Just talking with my friend and we've come up with Tame impala, bon iver, strokes, red hot chilli peppers, twenty one pilots, post Malone with wishful thinking of Coldplay (mentions of them) Eminem apparently close to touring last year , Kayne west doubtful but new album out. Can't think of any rock band that could headline mind

Isn't Tame Impala a big festival band?
I'd love it to have a similar quality like in 2018. That lineup was insane. QOTSA, Gorillaz, Killers, Pearl Jam, Jack White, Nick Cave, Arctic Monkeys. So many headliners. And then we had the likes of Nine Inch Nails, David Byrne, Fleet Foxes, Anderson Paak in the Barn. Great, great year.
Although I love tame impala I don't particularly see them as a big festival headliner yet. Just interested to find out what big headliners we could have, although green day are past it they would still attract me.
-
@Ken19 are we in for any big festival bands or just the new style headliners like tame impala etc
-
Could the who be a potential headliner with a new album ?
-
Hoping to hear some sort of festival news soon, already got euro 2020,possibly green day tour and maybe Rammstein. Too many possibilities in so little time

An article I read didn’t state all the dates. I’ve checked now yeah, very unlikely. Sorry about that.
I actually have no clue now who will do it...
No need to apologise the only headline size bands i can think ATM is tame impala and black keys

Good gap in the schedule for a headline set off Rammstein.
What gap are you even seeing , only one day in-between two different German locations. Unfortunately won't play with a Belgium show aswell
Rock Werchter 2020
in overseas festivals
