Bands picking up covid is happening a fair bit in the US but we don't know what bands vaccination status is. Yeah the double jab rule applies to then too.

Billie is playing her own gig in Belgium on the same week as the festival. Pretty sure that makes her impossible to play RW

BMTH can't be covid related. The september shows were at most 4 days before the arena tour so theyd have to push those back too.

Alkaline trio do. It just doesn't look like it because they have their US your pop up before you "enter site". But once you enter they've still got slam dunk on their tour page

I find it weird that people believe that you can't catch/spread it if you've been vaccinated. I don't think anyone official has said it but it is a more common belief than you would hope
