So I’ve been sad and looked through and 3 of the last 5 main announcements have been Tuesday. (1 for Thursday + 1 friday)

For some reason I think it’s Thursday/Friday but I might be guessing. Anyway…. 1 day down, 4 days to go

There’s loads that fit them special guest spots this year. Really looking forward to the 2nd release so we can work out if we’re doing more than the Biffy day

Agreed. Should be building up the next announcement, some teasers etc… Hey ho, maybe they’re content with what they do and the numbers they sell. Might be wrong but never really seen any freebies/cheap tickets doing the rounds

But there was a crossover with other Superstruct events. There always is a pool of about what… 8 headliners or so that are spread about Paolo Nutini, The Streets, NGHFB, Biffy Clyro, Jamie T, Fatboy Slim, Snow Patrol and Wet Leg are this years (if we don’t count the Thursday). Paolo Nutini - Kendall + Tramlines The Streets - Kendall + Truck NGHFB - Kendall + Y Not Biffy Clyro - Victorious Jamie T - Tramlines, Truck, Victorious, Y Not Snow Patrol - Y Not, Victorious, Tramlines Wet Leg - Truck When you split it out like that there’s on 2 acts doing more than 2 of the festivals.

Declan is subbing Paul Heaton on Thursday.

Yeah that’s what they have been but when they announced this is the lineup with our 5 headliners they then mentioned the 6 acts above.

They actually mentioned 5 headliners then mentioned 6 acts (Noel, Streets, Paulo, Heaton, Keane and Sugababes)

Yep it was right with Paolo in there too

Looking around I do think there’s plenty of options, Paul Heaton, The Kooks, Rick Astley, Tom Grennan, Busted are all possible special guests in my eyes. Would be nice if there was a big surprise out of nowhere

Shall see what comes next week and I’m sure it’ll top the rest. Tbf, does for me because of Biffy. Hoping for Frank Turner, Beans of course, Mysterines, Paul Heaton from the current lineups doing the rounds.
