As I told you last week they were waiting for a medium/big artist for Sunday and now they have the green light to announce it. Friday and Saturday names are most of them small, do not expect too much. Selling out Sunday daytickets has been the logical plan in PKP Headquarters in the last weeks. See you tomorrow 11am

As far as I know, no announecemt this week because they are closing a medium/big name for Sunday in order to sell the big quantity of Sunday daytickets remaining. All eforts in the last names booking are being done for Sunday even fighting with minor festivals like Lokerse, Alcatraz or Brakrock in order to book some bands that decide to tour in the last minute. I think that once that this name will be closed they will do a big announcement. But things are changing so fast in PKP HQ since the surprising amount sold in the 1st 24 hours, so let's wait.

Today's annoucement cancelled. Don't expect big/medium names after selling out combitickets. Lot of belgian bands will perform in Main Stage and Marquee this year. Some non-closed negociations with medium sized bands won't reach a deal. It's logical. Selling out so quick is never a good thing for festival goers. In the next couple of weeks I think that we will have a 35-40 names annoucement, most of then small or belgian bands & djs. Let's see how social media reacts after next announcement... It's going to be funny.

For routing issues: The Offspring into punkdag to Lokerse and Rise Against into Pukkelpop Main Stage.

As far as I know Rise Against and Floggin Molly are topping Lokerse Feesten punkdag. Algo Millencollin are negociating with Lokerse and another belgian festival, let’s see which one books them. Destroy Boys are another clear option for punkdag.

Korn will play Lokerse Feesten. That is 100% sure. My predictions: The Offspring will take the "Limp Bizkit" slot (3rd down in the Main Stage) No big surprises in the headline combo (Lana / Fred Again / QOTSA). Also expecting Sam Smith and a big belgian name in a high slot. Also expecting main stage appareances of Raye, Fountains DC, Louis Tomlinson, Loyle Carner, Jorga Smith and Idles. During the weekend I think that Blondshell, Motionless in White, Red Fang, Gel, The Kills, Skrillex, Inhaler, The Haunted Youth, Destroy Boys, Say She She and Nova Twins will perform.

I think that Rise Against and Greta Van Fleet will take the “rock” high slots in the Main Stage for Pukkelpop 2024. I agree with @Dietediet, no Blink 182.

A horrible issue about a band that was going to be announced today for playing on Sunday has delayed the timetable announcemet a few hours. A confusing situation right now.

Anti-Flag will play PKP'23 but it cannot be annouced until mid june due to a contractual embargo

No Backyard stage this year (I've been explained that it was made in consequence of Slipknot headlining to satisfy their fans) On the other hand, saturday Marquee will be full rock orientated, and lot of rock bands will be placed in other stages, with a rock day in an smaller stage closed by an Eppo Jannsen DJ set.

Amazing Weekend!!! What a great festival it is. All ages people, great atmosphere, great sound, good weather, no queues, and all kind of music!! Backyard Stage is a SUPER adition. It had the good vibes from the old shelter with modern and old bands. It was funny to see Kate Ryan and I loved the Bizkit Park opening slot at Main Stage. This kind of acts should be booked every year to open Main Stage. Looking forward to Pukkelpop 2023

Hi all. As far as I know, Bad Religion are one of the most professional bands of the festival circuit and they are an example fullfiling their contracts. They have cancelled their second european leg in the last minute due to a huge health problem in the wife of one of their members. You took a bad example. Willow Smith for example cancelled due to "logistical issues". The real reason is the she demanded to play in the Main Stage, and avoiding a secondary stage. Just a question of "ego". I suspect that same happened with De'Wayne,but I am sure about it. Let's see if both of them also cancel Reading and Leeds festivals where they have an early slot in the Main Stage. I know perfectly Destiny Tourbooking, entreprise that books all the shows for the old school punk bands that @johnybegood listed. I know that some of them cancelled their yours as Strung Out or Adolescents. Believe me that their booking agency in Europe gave a plan B to the festivals in less than a week. Comparing the "new punk internet stars" agents with people that works in Destiny is, at least, funny. I think that Pukkelpop maybe will book one of these old skull punk bands in the future thinking in the Main Stage (as Pennywise, Floggin Molly or NOFX did in the last editions) instead of placing them in their new Stage. Old Shool punkers have their own festival circuit in August (Tsunami, Brakrock, BayFest, PRH...) and Main August Festivals have forgotten these bands forever (Sziget, Pukkelpop, Frequency, Reading, ReS...). New music for the new generations.
