new Birmingham festival Beyond The Tracks announces Orbital, Editors, OCS & more

with Leftfield, Maximo Park, The Coral, Jesus and Mary Chain, Wild Beasts & more

New, three day, green field festival Beyond the Tracks, which takes place at Eastside City Park, Birmingham from Friday 15th to Sunday 17th September, has announced a line-up including Orbital, Editors, Ocean Colour Scene, and more.

On the Friday it gets electronic, with Orbital, joined by Leftfield performing 'Leftism' in its entirety, Faithless (DJ set)Jagwar Ma, and Higher Intelligence Agency

On Saturday it's a hometown headline set from Ocean Colour Scene, who are joined by Maximo ParkThe CoralThe TwangCarl Barat & The Jackals, along with emerging Birmingham acts JawsSuperfoodThe AmericasHealth & Efficiency, plus from Wales The Sandinistas.

And on Sunday there's Editors, along with The Jesus and Mary Chain, Wild Beasts, Peter Hook and the Light, Nadine Shah, Stockholm psychedelia from Josefin Ohrn + The Liberation, Americana from Goodnight Lenin, acid rock meets acid house from Blackash, Victories At Sea, and the strings, electronics, synths and heavy beats of Birmingham’s Dorcha.

Eastside City Park is a brand-new site in Birmingham City Centre. The nearest Train Station is Moor Street (5min walk) and New Street (10min walk) and Digbeth Coach Station is (15min walk). Beyond The Tracks is produced by the same local promoters behind Moseley Folk Festival (12 years), Mostly Jazz Funk & Soul (8 years) and Lunar Festival (4 years).

Tickets go on sale at 10am tomorrow (Friday 12th April), with tier 1 at £45 per day, and tier 2 at £49.50 per day, available from the link below.
