Morning! yes we took a chance on it and it was okay for just me to collect both tickets - I was the lead booker and I had both our passports with me for ID - both tickets were in an envelope together - but if your friends feel nervous about doing that then park up at B&W and both get the shuttle bus to Gate A and back - it’s all exciting x

We were fine and the organisers were very good about it - maybe get your friends to send them an email beforehand just to flag it - they are busy but very helpful and they will know what’s what - it’ll all work out!

Or do what we did last year - i hopped out at B&W and got the shuttle to Gate A, the other checked in at love fields, then I got both tickets and entered the festival and walked through to gate c out and into love fields

Hi - it might be possible to park at bath & west showgrounds (same side as love fields) and get the free shuttle bus to Gate A for the ticket collection) and back to there, tickets in hand

Hi lads I had no issues collecting both tickets from the international box office - I was the lead booker - and I took his passport with me - i’m sure they must have checked it but I don’t actually remember and it was fine. Love fields people were very nice to check in husband all our booking info but without tickets as it’s not in the festival itself.

hi there, we did this last year (International ticket collection at the box office and Love Fields). I hopped out of the car at the Bath and West Showground and my husband went on to check in at Love Fields. There is a shuttle bus service from there to Gate A and I picked up both our tickets and went into the festival and walked through to Gate C and up meet him. Bonus is it's a double decker bus and your first views over the site are just gorgeous.

on a positive Royal Mail postage note...we did fork out for fancy camping and they posted out car pass out from the UK on Monday and it arrived this morning (Thursday) - so hopefully if see tickets don't muck up on the labeling of the tickets you'll be okay - but as I say, massive relief to have switched it back and now I'm looking forward to getting stuck in

hiyaI emailed them to ask about the box office being open on the Tuesday - big fat nope - it's open at 8am Wednesday - only slight bonus is the International tickets may be a little less manic than the other box office...

traveling from Dublin on the Monday - so we bailed this morning and got switched back to International Box Office Collection - not ideal but I must say i feel MUCH calmer now and letting myself get excited
