That's a very good question. I don't know how old you are, but I'm 46 and every year I wonder how I manage to find the energy to do this.
This year I was a little more reasonable than in 2022 or 2019, when I did 4pm-6am on 3 nights.
But Thursday I saw my 1st concert at 4:30pm and finished at 5:20am, Friday I was on site at 5pm and finished at 4:45am and Saturday arrived at 3:30pm and left at 4:20pm after Charlotte de Witte. So I never went to bed before at least 6am.
For some years now, we've been staying in a hotel within a 20-minute walk of the festival to avoid having to wait for a cab or take a bus. It saves a bit of time.
I like beer but I don't usually drink too much of it when I'm at Primavera and I think that helps a lot. In fact, given my schedule every year and my back-to-back concerts, I don't have much time to eat and drink 😂
I'm normally a late sleeper, but I always manage to get up for lunch before going to the festival.
Apart from having the hotel not too far away and not drinking too much alcohol during the festival, I'm at a loss to say how I'm holding up.
On the other hand, I started working again today and I'm really feeling the tiredness.
