Bloodstock announcement just dropped

I went to the Frank Turner one last year, would have done Biffy too if I wasn't already at another gig, was a great time and it's always good to see larger artists coming down to Margate but yeah this selection of artists isn't doing anything for me really

I think this isn't technically part of the Summer Series but it's around the same time frame and all the shows are ticketed separately so I think it still fits in here

The Margate Summer Series is a collection of live events primarily based in the 8000 capacity Dreamland outdoor stage area, and has hosted the likes of Biffy Clyro, Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls, Tom Grennan, Craig David, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, etc I will post the currently announced concert posters below

I'm hoping they can nab some of the bands that had to pull out of this years fest like Crossfaith, Strange Bones, Fangclub, etc I still really wanna see Feeder as a headliner for this fest too, though I'm not sure it'll ever happen

biggest draws for me so far are Mountain Caller, The Fall Of Troy, Cave In and Satyr, ATG is a fun one for me because generally I am not clued up on many of the artists and which bands are the most popular in this scene is completely lost on me, so there's no pretence of any bands being a "big deal" that I should have to go see, so I just scan through the line up and go see what I enjoyed 🙂

Takedown Festival is back after 8 years, line up is pretty stacked, it's in Portsmouth

look I can't help myself, I like being the one to start the festival topics hahaha and since Trees is almost upon us for 2022, I thought I'd get in early and make the forum for the next year! Headliner predictions/wishes? I reckon they might try and get AFI back, personally I've always wanted Feeder to headline this one day, though how likely that is I have no idea, and as a complete wild card I'd love Weezer to come over and headline hahaha more realistically, I reckon we could get Flogging Molly back or maybe have Dropkick Murphys instead, and I'd love to see Enter Shikari on the headliners list again next year, could be possible cause new music is definitely in the pipeline

so every year I see people going on about this "band" but can someone please confirm to me the band is a joke and don't really exist? OR provide me with sufficient evidence that the band does actually exist and has music? I get so confused by this each year
