I went to that as well, that was more drunk and coked up twats intent on causing as much trouble as possible, with then a %age of them barging their way in to the stadium.
This seemed more organised if what some of what is being suggested is true, I was watching Robert Plant Fri afteronon and a group of people (all early 20s) suddenly came past us in the crowd (I was near the back) all looking quite shifty (looking round constantly, walking quickly) with day bags on and when I looked at their arms none of them had wristbands on...if I was to guess I would say someone had got them in and they were making their way into the crowds so they didn't get noticed!
I came towards the end of Robert Plant, and there were security stood in a line along the entrance to the Pyramid Field (bottom right entrance), spread a metre or so apart. Had no idea what was happening, but probably looking for this lot! They were dressed differently to the lot I'm used to seeing too. Red polo's instead of blue.

Also, what’s going on with all the flares? Anytime I went to one of the major stages there were multiple flares going off.
There was a guy who lit one near me before Wet Leg - they hadn’t even been walked on stage yet. Clearly didn’t know that it’s basically holding an intense fire in your hand, and tried to drop it on the floor when he complained, “it’s burning me!”. Everyone started booing him and he realised he’d made a massive mistake, but still, people around were getting burnt. It’s no laughing matter.
This was shortly after he loudly asked if anyone would mind if he has a piss in a pint cup. Absolutely one of the worst people I've stood near at Glasto.

Does Silver Hayes have a crew bar/extensive backstage areas? I'd doubt they'd want to use a tent with many poles like the ones we can see for any of the public venues in SH.

Point being missed here I think
one says 22-25 other says 22-26
Oh my bad... that is odd.

I have got my tickets to hand at mo, what does it say, we stamped some wrong
Edited above whilst you were replying... they've reused the 2020 memorial tickets that they'd had printed already for this year.
-
Turn the ticket over...
Edit: realised I could be more helpful as if you had tickets you'd have seen. The back says something along the lines that they are reusing the tickets that were made for 2020 as part of their environmental ethos.

They were in the temple before, have they moved them or is the temple getting more of a change then we realised?
Fairly sure we've already seen pictures of it starting being built though.
The link I followed was to Totem Talks, so I think they've just moved the talks. Interesting though because I wouldn't have thought the SAMULA stage suited this, so perhaps something new in store.

There is a nod to the new Totem area on the website:
QuoteEach year we host a a series of inspiring talks in The Common. This year don’t miss out… From 2pm – 6pm Friday and Saturday in Totem, The Common. Programme launch coming soon…
Which may have been called "Temple Talks" before?

I am pretty sure it was open because I think we walked through it? But now I am doubting myself!
I am now recalling a biblical downpour that soaked the site, so it may have been shut due to that!

Is blue (2019) the little tunnel I have read about? And does purple (2022) mean it's gone?
This is the tunnel. Trying to recall if it was open at Worthy Pastures as I think it may have been closed off - hopefully just temporarily!

From memory the Pier was adjacent to the long drops.

Black Midi are playing the Lexington tomorrow night. Not been formally announced, although they have a cryptic Instagram post with the Lexington set as their location.

Shame no Wheel of Four Tunes
They said “see you next year” when they announced they were skipping 2019, so there is hope!

This is just the headliners for Latino…
Looking at 2019, Glasto Lation was pretty much just the dance classes and 1 headliner per night - so that would be everything!

(Rear axle) Cycle trailers are the best. These work even in pretty heavy mud, better than any manhandled trolley.
What are your (/everyone's) thoughts on something like this (to be used without a bike at the festival!):

crazy low slot for The Vaccines as well
They seem to have a good relationship with the festival - secret set in 2019 and billed as Special Guests this year on the updated poster.

Nightmare scenario. Even the axles appear to be missing from this one?
Clearly the owners fault for wheeling it into that puddle in the first place.

As @Twiggy553says, unless it's a campervan or pulling a caravan/trailer tent then it will be directed to the car parking fields I believe. So get as many people as possible with your caravan /campervan and all their gear - so that anyone in the car has a light load.
Thanks @clarkete & @Twiggy553 - does this still apply for Tuesday arrivals?
Two are in a little VW camper, so plan is to load it with all the stuff and travel in the car behind.
-
This feels like an appropriate thread to ask in... is it OK for those camping in tents to arrive in a separate vehicle?
