I was just wondering if National express and See coaches both get dropped off at the same place?

All this weather terminology is like a foreign language to me.. I will just look around the forecasts and stick with the one with the best weather. What will be will be! (Sun, Sun and more Sun!)

Hopefully be pitching up.. realistically I'll be in a huge queue. Regardless of where I am I will be making the most of the queue or the festival with a few beers, lots of love and making an effort to speak to new people.

"The rabbit holes funkington palace" has a TBA 11pm Thursday. Could well be fatboy.. could well be anyone really. Any ideas what the funkington palace is? New for this year I think.

Damn fuckin' straight.
Brexit threatened to put a downer on last year, but the Friday had a fantastic atmosphere, a true sense that even if the world is going to shit, we will not be stopped enjoying ourselves. I truly believe this feeling will carry over to this year.
Exactly. The feeling will be stronger I'm sure of it. Let's all stop over reacting. Bring a chair to the queue and a few cans and be prepared to wait a little while and fucking enjoy ourselves. Glastonbury is here
@sheffieldlady - These words exactly. My belly fluttered a little when I read that. I will also be doing the same, making more of an effort to speak to people and spread the love.

I'm just hoping in light of recent events, it some how creates an even better atmosphere of love and unity this year. We will not be beaten

I plan to take a big trolley and pallet wrap it up. Do you think this is a bad idea now if there is going to be extra security in place?

+2 Fatboy +2 The Jacksons -1 Dizzee Rascal
Have I done this right?

My first year Glastonbury '14 me and a friend went down with no ticket and only hope of getting inside. After 9 long hours outside trying to find a way in we paid a man to get us through the gates. On the Thursday night my mate went back to the tent but as it was my first time in Glastonbury - I wasn't sleeping until the sun came up. I stayed up by myself and met some great people. When I returned to the tent at about 7.30 AM my mate was gone. I just presumed he'd gone for breakfast, only 15 minutes later a few girls who were camping by us came over to tell me that my mate and another lad had been kicked off site for having no wristband and my phone had broke on the Wednesday so I had no way of getting in touch with him. I had another 3 days in Glastonbury on my own. Lucky enough the girls who told me what had happened to my mate introduced me to all their group and took me under their wing for the last 3 days as well as giving me a lift home. I've stayed in touch with them and going traveling round south east Asia with one of the girls In September! Not to mention going back to Glastonbury this year with them.

A few friends parents say they never paid for a ticket in them days. Oh what I'd do to be able to experience old Glasto

this is the one i got http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/322449914785
I feel like I need to add some kind of disclaimer, I've only just ordered it, it's supposed to be arriving by Thursday.
I don't want to be sued if you order it as well and it turns out to be a miniature replica, or a photo of it or something
It's was just the cheapest one I found!
I hope it fits in the boot of my corsa

Here's a question - I've got one of those four wheeled green mesh trolleys, which is generally fab, but I got a puncture in one wheel at End of the Road last year. I've seen replacement wheels online that are identical to those on the trolley already, but these are solid rubber rather than pneumatic (but otherwise identical). Obviously no more punctures with the solid wheels, but are there any other downsides I should be thinking about?
This is the type of trolley I'm looking for - can you remember where you got it? I've seen one online but it doesn't look like I'll fit a lot in it.

This is only my third consecutive year going to Glastonbury. The previous years I've had a hideous experience with my festival trolley. Last year the mud was partly to blame though
So what are your top tips to keeping your festival trolley secure and stable?

Thanks

Sorry if this question has already been asked.. can't seem to find an answer. Can I buy a car parking ticket upon arrival at the festival?

A pillow. Wellies. A toilet roll. I never take wellies though because I always tell myself it's gunna be a scorcher - regardless off days of torrential downpours before the festival

I was on the 6AM from Liverpool.. but got changed to 8AM. Let's hope I get there early this year unlike last year. That traffic was a night mare
-
I was camping on bushy ground and woke up to the neighbours "We've left europe.. Cameron has resigned.. the country is fucked" Instantly I wanted to lock the gates to the festival and live there with 180,000 other happy, spiritual people and never come back to reality.

With just 12 days to go until the big day im starting to question whether I'm prepared for the worst or not.
This is my second glasto, last year being my first and we were quite lucky with the weather. So how would you recommend preparing for bad weather? (Even though it's going to be absolutely lovely and sunny all week )

9 working days left after today, excluding weekends. Finishing the Tuesday before at 6pm not back in until the Thursday morning. Plenty of recovery time

wasn't expecting that from shangri la, worth the wait!
