Only got a 2006 one.....

Very nicely thrown together Gnomicide. Captures a good array of the frolicks of the many through your eyes.
2:15 to see me dancing 'stage left', but what was it we're dancing to? I can't make out the tune.
You were also one of the select few to catch the lovely harmonies of the ladies in Gail's Tea Tent whose repetoire included the Haines Manuals. Any idea who they were?

Super excited about this Fest today
-
Night lows of 7C isn't bad compared to the frosty years.
-
In exactly two weeks' time, we'll be locked in
-
I was only going on Thursday for the company.
-
Then they'll have to live up to the crowd Ferocious Dog managed to pull last year for that slot. Maybe they need to play an exclusive show in Gail's Tea Tent the Friday before anything starts properly. & badger people endlessly to go along to it.

Funny that, was thinking much the same thing about Zombie Met Girl. Not seen them live since maybe the tornado year. Which is far too long. Main stage Saturday, right? Let's rouse some support!

Get you! Nice one. What can we expect?

Some crackers there Denz, thanks, it passed me by.
Really pleased to be catching Re:Creation for the first time. Currently spinning his tunes and trying to work out why I know his music.
-
Well that's a bit painful, seeing as I'll not be at Glasto. The Beeb's Tv coverage better catch them. One for West Holts.

I remember after G2007 thinking what's this thing they call hangover. Oh how times have changed.
Not finding milk thistle to make a difference. Bottle of water on the pillow, and hope I drink it before sleep, is the current best method.

Any suggestion of Israel Vibration playing UK then?

It was mini heatwave this time in March last year, all sat in the garden for my better half's Birthday. Can't recall for April, but do recall Justin Sullivan in 2010 chirping on about it being -4C the night og NMA's performance. So who knows? But 65 days, wahay!

Got some rosehip wine on the go, but it won't be ready for G nor will I......

slow vodka?!
clearly im an unsophisticated drinker/alchy , not actually sure what that is?!

Having just read this, am about to phone my top mate Dave, who runs the Greenpeace Field PA. He will be so chuffed.

A line-up to get me back for the first time since 2007. So much good stuff in the Big Top, and to get Primal Scream is quite something. 6 months to sort.....

Saw LFO in London n Friday night. Would be very keen to see it again, really good visuals and some classic tunes.

Used up my quota, but this I like. West Holts is a place where I've tended to get to the front and enjoyed very fine tunage. Ethiopiques and Heliocentrics spring to mind.

Is no-one brewing their own to bring? I would if I were coming. Currently bladdered on some and hence my rare presence on these forums. But Glasto, unlike most big fests, lets you bring you own, so where is the indulgance???
It's blackberry-flavoured cider FTR,

Not read the whole thread - but probably not going this year, first time in 6, and it's been a long time coming. It's the first time in ages that it won't coincide with my youngest's birthday, nor the music festival that most of my offspring tended to play in and for which I got updates during the fest. & yet, I've no ticket and no plans for the resale....except unlike the first Sunday of October 2012, I am now registered. But 2011 finished circa 9pm Sunday for me with the long walk out feeling frazzled, with a bout of illness awaiting the next day. & it's such a long walk compared to smaller fests where many people I like turn up to too.
So in essence, I prefer the smaller fest nowadays.
And yet, pretty sure 2011 is not my last. Just need to miss it more. Y'all enjoy, I'll be seeing how the 20+ channels supplied by Auntie will affect me. Possible in a tent in a garden....

There's a new one for me. First time I've been in the oldest category. Hmmmmm.....

Zion Train also now confirmed, as a stop-press via the email of the flyer above. Which is grand.

Meh, not there either. Mixed feelings about it, prefer smaller ones nowadays but TV highlights do give a twinge.
