Dent Folk Festival 2004

Prices range from £5 to £12.50, with a ticket for all the weekend music events at £33.
A weekend of family fun in the Yorkshire Dales at various venues including Dent Sports Field, village school yard and Memorial Hall.
This year's artists include on Friday night: Black Umfolosi 5, Vicki Swan and Jonny Dyer, Ken and Claire Pope in the Festival Marquee; a free old time session with Bill Lloyd, Ben Paley and Tab Hunter in the Festival Beer tent; and a Late Night Ceillidh with caller, Martyn Harvey.
On Saturday: Capercaillie, Ben Paley and Tab Hunter are in the Fetsival Marquee and Ray Stubbs Amazing One Man Blues Band will be performing free in the Dub pub. There are also lots of other events taking place on Saturday all day including workshops, storytelling, and dance and music sessions.
On Sunday afternoon, after a Church service on the village green, Carolyn Francis and Matt Cowe, Rezzonator, Shebeen, and The Wild Wood Band are to be found in the Festival Marquee. There'll be more music making, workshops and streeet theatre too.
There are three campsites in the village and various B&Bs are available.
