Dent Folk Festival 2002

A weekend of family fun in the Yorkshire Dales at various venues including Dent Sports Field, village school yard, Memorial Hall and The Sportsman's Inn. Major and local artistes plus childrens and adult workshops, dance, promenade theatre, stalls, vintage bus rides and other attractions.

Artistes include: Martin Carthy, Michael McGoldrick and Dezi Donnelly with John Joe Kelly and Ed Boyd, Bill Jones with Sarah Wright, Pete Morton and Taffy Thomas,Mike Willoughby and Carolyn Francis, Sam and Elaine Bracken, Ken Nicol,Milnthorpe Steel Band, Pete Morton, Shebeen, Ray Stubbs and his amazing one man blues band, The Wild Wood Band, The Lakeland Fiddlers, The Garsdale Street Band, and The Rat Catcher's Daughter.

The Circus Straightjacket will be performing and holding workshops.
