A weekend of family fun set in a beautiful location on the the western edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, 16 miles east of Kendal in the south east corner of Cumbria. The festival site, including the festival market and cafe, will be open from 6.30pm on Friday and 10am on Saturday and Sunday. The festival site will close at 6.30pm on the Sunday.

Several events are held in the Festival Marquee (including a late night ceilidh). There's also a beer tent and in the Festival Field, a wide variety of events take place (many free) such as workshops, kids' activities, puppetry, film, street theatre, storytelling, and dance and music sessions.

This year's line-up includes: Mawkin, Roy Bailey and Tony Benn, John McSherry's 'At First Light', The Baghdaddies, Chris While and Julie Matthews, Lau, Kirsty McGee and Mat Martin, Hootenanny 3, Bradshaw Mummers, The Wild Wood Band, and The Wierd String Band. For details, click here.

There are three campsites in the village only 5 minutes walk from the festival site and various B&Bs are also available. There is free off site parking for ticket holders and all of the venues are wheelchair accessible.
