1 Elton - perfect end to the weekend 2 Max Richter - not cried since Blur 2009 so bookies were giving long odds on Midday Saturday 3 Generation Sex - best mess around with mates of the weekend Lana might have made the list if she had finished her set. Young Fathers, Sparks, Loyle Carner, Hot Chip all quality. Only act I saw I really didn’t like was Joey Badass although he told the crowd they had witnessed an all time classic Glastonbury set.

For late night drinking and singalong, Taphouse between Leftfield and West Holts plays pop and indie and has a great atmosphere. Blur, Arctics, Franz, Fratellis, Nirvana etc plus Angels, Come On Eileen. Found it in 2019 and default post headliner spot now. My irritation was e-bikes, only saw three but two forced me to take evasive action and the third went through Avalon tent whilst waiting for Lottery Winners. How long till we see e-scooters.
