A second wave of acts with both music and comedy have been revealed for the 10th edition of Deer Shed Festival 2019, which takes place at Baldersby Park near Topcliffe, North Yorkshire from Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd July, and which will for the first time will remain open to general ticket holders past 6pm on Sunday night.

Additional music comes from Melbourne's Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever who headline the Main Stage on the Saturday, joining the previously announced other headliners of Anna Calvi. and Ezra Furman. There's a 'secret special guest' to be unveiled for the Friday Main Stage, there's the return of Steve Mason, (pictured above at Deer Shed in 2016), along with Palace, Gruff Rhys, Lodge Stage headliner Lucy Rose, and Flyte.

Headlining the Dock Stage on the Friday will be The Slow Readers Club, while on Saturday it's Insecure Men, and Friday's Lodge Stage headliner is Tracyanne & Danny. There's Dublin's Fontaines D.C., 5-piece Flamingods, 'supergroup' Piroshka, the Netherland's Pip Blom, plus You Tell Me, K.O.G & the Zongo Brigade, The Once, Laurel, Dylan Cartlidge, Lisa O'Neill, Willie J. Healey, Pom Poko, Penelope Isles, Beabadoobee, RedFaces, Adult Mom, Bess Atwell, Walt Disco, Mi Mye, Advance Base, Blair Dunlop, Amy May Ellis, Callum Pitt, Junior Brother, Look Mum No Computer, Living Body, and Morgan Harper-Jones.

The Comedy line-up is headed up by Reginald D Hunter, who will perform an adult-only late-night show in the Big Top, and Nina Conti on the Sunday, plus Milton Jones, Denim, Rachel Parris, Kiri Pritchard-Mclean, Tez Ilyas, Barbara Nice, Tom Parry, Brett Domino Trio, Amy Gledhill, Alice Fraser, Jonny & the Baptists, Lucy Beaumont, Pat Cahill, Johnny Cochrane, Inel Tomlinson, Sarah Bennetto, Ria Lina, and Helen Duff.

Creative Director and comedy booker Megan Evans said: "Over ten years of curating the festival, we have very gradually grown the arts offering at Deer Shed into a massive programme of workshops, comedy, shows, cabaret, spoken word, literary talks and now podcasts. This list of amazing comedians, particularly with the inclusion of one late-night, post-watershed slot for Reginald D. Hunter, represents by far our biggest and best comedy line-up ever and underlines Deer Shed’s determination to be a festival that every single member of the family across all of the generations is guaranteed to be inspired by."

Tickets are on sale, currently priced as follows:-
adult (16+) weekend: £145
child aged 11-15 weekend: £50
child aged 6-10 weekend: £50
child aged 3-5 weekend: £20
under 5s weekend: free but needs ticket
campervan / caravan / trailer-tent: £50 (awning extra £15).
