5-day surf and music Boardmasters festival, which takes place from Wednesday 7th to Sunday 11th August 2019 at a cliff-top location overlooking Watergate Bay, and Fistral Beach, Newquay, Cornwall. has revealed it's first headliner for next year - Florence + The Machine who will headline the Saturday.

Joining Florence & Co are 17 others, including Giggs, and Dizzee Rascal, Mercury Prize nominee Jorja Smith, Scotland's Franz Ferdinand, d'n'b duo Wilkinson b2b Sub Focus, DJ Ez, Bristol's IDLES, Michael Franti and Spearhead, hip-hop artist Ocean Wisdom, Lewis Capaldi, australian singer-songwriter Pete Murray, Lady Leshurr, Flava D, Dimension, Bradley Zero, Self Esteem, and Boy Azooga.

Beyond the music, there's the return of the Boardmasters surf competition, part of the World Surf League Qualifying Series as the biggest names on the international surf scene battle it out on the waves at Fistral Beach. There's the Zennor Haven Wellbeing Area to unwind and relax, with yoga, mental health workshops, healthy food offerings, meditation and more, plus the Silent Disco on the Wednesday and Thursday to kick off proceedings.
