The first acts have been revealed for Beatherder Festival, the festival of beats and baaminess, held in the Ribble Valley, Lancashire from Friday 13th until Sunday 15th July 2018.
On the main Beat-Herder Stage are headliners Orbital, (pictured above at Beat-Herder in 2012), as well as Congo Natty and The Rezistance (live), David Rodigan, Django Django, Dreadzone, Gypsies of Bohemia, High Contrast (live), Hollie Cook, HoneyFeet, Ibibio Sound Machine, London Astrobeat Orchestra, S Club, Soulwax, and The Lancashire Hotpots.
On the Toil Trees Stage are Alex Virgo, Artwork, Camelphat, Denis Sulta, Fisher, Hammer, Late Nite Tuff Guy, Lauren Lo Sung, Monki, Mr Scruff, Oc & Verde, Patrick Topping, Pirate Copy, Sam Divine, and Tuff London.
The corrugated iron Fortress stage has Ben Sims, Deekline, Ed Solo, Erol Alkan, Fish & Sherry's, Freestylers & Navigator, James Ruskin, Lomax & Anderton, Mella Dee, Ragga Twins, Ray Keith, and Tom Page.
The Ring are Boe & LX, Bombstrikes Soundsystem, Campo, Grace Savage, Herve, Jamz Supernova, Marten Horger, Mooqee, Neon Steve, Phibes, Redlight, Sacha Schwarz, Sugarbeat Residents, and Utah Saints.
In split-level arena The Factory are Elderbrook, Foals (DJ set), Good Foxy, Henge, Hookworms, Loyal, Mellah, Park Hotel, and PINS.
And finally, playing on Trash Manor are DJ Format, and Greg Wilson, while somewhere unknown on the bill are Deatbeats, Drum Machine, and Icarus. There's much more still to be announced.
Tickets are on sale, currently priced as follows:-
Adult weekend: £137.50
Youth (13-17) weekend: £85
Child (2-12) weekend: £25
Infant (under-2) weekend: free (but needs ticket)
Car park: £12
Campervan (small): £30
Campervan (large): £50
Car & Caravan: £50
All adult tickets are subject to a £5 refundable litter bond. This will be refunded at the festival when the ticket holder presents a full bag of litter at a litter bond station in the campsite or campervan field.
All children (including with youth tickets) must be accompanied to the festival by a parent, a legal guardian or a nominated guardian over the age of 30.
