Slash, Manic Street Preachers, and Glasvegas are amongst the latest acts announced for Oxegen 2011, Ireland's annual three day multi-stage music festival weekend held from Thursday 7th to Sunday 10th July 2011 at Punchestown Racecourse, Naas, Ireland.

Slash
Oxegen has also announced OFWGKTA, Metronomy, The Saturdays, Peter Doherty, The Pretty Reckless, Professor Green, Ke$ha, Eliza Doolittle, Example, and Cherri Bomb.

Festival Director John Probyn said, "We think today's announcement offers something really special for all our fans. Whatever your taste in music, be it pop, rock, hip-hop or RnB, Oxegen delivers. It's that eclecticism and quality that make it such a vibrant and exciting festival. Personally, I'm really looking forward to seeing Slash play – the man is genuine rock royalty!"
