Said NOS sellers were also wearing some pass around their necks to indicate they were legit

Yeah they were. My misses even asked if Elrow were allowed to bring their own NOS sellers haha. She's not the sharpest tool sometimes.

  2. I was in Elrow on Thursday about 6pm. The guy who was flogging the NOS balloons all of a sudden grabbed hold of this small scouse lad and started screaming "I knew I'd find you!" Turns out the scouse kid had sold Mr NOS a fake security wrist band and Mr NOS wasn't happy about it. Seems like it was pretty easy to get hold of fake wristbands this year? There was another scouse guy who got caught at Castle Cary with a load of them too.

  3. £360ish between two of us. We don't take food so that's 2 meals each a day. The beer was too hot to drink on the Wednesday so that's all the booze on that day and the odd pint/brothers/pimms here and there. My misses loves the craft fields so she made a flower headband in there and got her hair braided and bought enough glitter for every man, women and child on the planet. Oh and we splashed out £25 on a double air bed! Not a bad return I'd say.

  4. I ordered two and didn't pick them up I apologise. I didn't get the text where to pick them up. My phone was not getting good signal at all all weekend. I had a wonder round the green fields to try find you and even asked a guy who was selling similair "are you sawdusty surfer". You should have seen his face. Didn't realise it was the CN field you were in. Sorry for messing you around with the preorder.

  5. The absolute clown and his group of mates who stood behind me about 7 rows from the front at Foos. We were all waiting for the band to come on and we're chatting with everyone. Two southerners from Yoevil to the left of me, my group and a huge Viking looking man to the right and his group were all having a great laugh before the gig. Then I suddenly felt my bag unzip on my back. It's not a huge bag before I get slated it's literally a bag for my five cans and my sunglasses case. I turned round and this kid was looking shifty while his girlfriend was laughing. I thought I must have been imagining it (fair amount of shandy deep) so left it. Then I felt him unzipping my bag again! Turned round and I was pretty aggressive asking him if he was trying to rob me and what his game was. He claimed it was his girlfriend and it was a joke. What kind of shit joke is that? So I don't realise and all my stuff in my bag falls out during the gig? What happens if I had my wallet or phone in there or something? Not cool you little shit. Soon went back in his shell after that and moved.

  6. It's directly across the way from Rock The Kasbah. Usually pop into The Kasbah for a pint on the Sunday morning then go for a curry straight after. Decent food and a decenter chant. Decenter is not a word I know but it sounded good.

  7. I'm up for some fun. I enjoy hoop la, chess, tig and hop scotch. That's the type of fun you mean...right?

Camped in oxylers and lower mead in the past. Enjoyed both for different reasons.

Thinking park home this year. Should be getting to site fairly early wouldn't have thought any later than 10am Wednesday. Anyone a regular there care to share what sort of atmosphere it is there and likelihood of getting a space. Only one tent so Should be fine in most places

We camp in Park Home pretty much next to Arcadia. The noise from that is obviously booming until 3am but then it's pretty quiet and you just get a few people walking through to the other campsites. The atmosphere isn't too party central but it's definitely not quiet. I like it for how close it is to either The Park or Other. Plus there's a little market just through the tree line in dairy which does some banging food.

  9. Gutted about missing out last year. Glad you fixed up though mate. I asked last year but my memories terrible...what's the burn time on them? I'll stick my name down for two if possible.

If you have Kodi you will find it on Exodus just type it into the movie search. Failing that I'm sure there is a few torrents knocking about.

The links on exodus load something else. It's bizarre.

  11. I had a bit of a weird experience. I was trying for a friend on my mobile browser on my iPhone. Kept hitting the holding page. I changed app to Facebook messenger to see how people were doing then when I changed back to safari I was on the registration details page? No idea how. I put the details in for our friend and got booted back to the holding page. This happened three times until it sold out. I'm not exactly IT savvy so have no idea if I'd found some kind of glitch but it wouldn't let me buy them when I clicked proceed anyway.

The one about Radiohead in the long drops? That was a test tweet before the festival if I remember correctly.

Whoever does it this year would do well to use a social search engine while the festival is on. I turned up several posts by bands/agents shortly before they were due to play. The search function on twitter is quite rubbish in comparison.

It was during the festival. I was stood next to the long drops when it came through by the park and was running around trying to find a clue. Got me good and proper.

I was really sceptical, before I watched this, that someone else's amateur footage could get me excited. But, despite us having very different festival expierences, your video got me so hyped.

    Wolf Alice helped.

Thanks! The hardest part was choosing what song to have. I was slightly obsessed with their album.

Great video! Who are you watching at 4.13? The lights look brilliant.

As BSR already said it was indeed Sigur Ros. Probably the best act I saw all weekend.

Loads of posts on FB saying things like "How do I get a glastonbury ticket?" From Ed fans who obviously don't have a clue its sold out.

I saw one guy tag his misses and she's said I don't do camping. He said "don't worry love I think that there's a hotel there"
