f**k me no. You know something about fruits?? Tomatoes are fruits and it is in the Bible that Tomatoes are the Devils testicles. Full of evil seed!!!!. Never take your dairy goodness with evil fruit. WHY DO YOU THINK THE AMERICANS HAVE APPLE PIE WITH CHEESE??? QED!!
I despair at our world some days ;(

Surely no one would do that to Stilton. It's usually that horrible sweet creamy Wensleydale that they muck around with..

Good man - we'll be able to smell you arriving on site!
Have I missed a vital thread about a cheese meet?!?!?! I can't keep up with them all - am struggling to make sure we make it to either the cider bus on wed or the real ale meet on thurs at the very least! But if there's cheese a go-go, that will require some extra special effort to be made!

Don't have a car
It's the one that is soaked in perry from their orchards isn't it, and that forms the crust??

Wellies?! pffttt!

I'll be taking a pair of these this year - great for long walks (trekked around the jungle in Borneo last year & they were soooooo comfy - got an arch support in them & the grip on them is great for rough terrain, so Glastonbury's going to be a doddle )
& if you get caught in a downpour in them, they won't rub & can actually keep tired feet quite refreshed. Great for getting through mud without the floor sucking them whole from your feet, as long as you don't mind a bit of squige between your toes (personally find it quite fun but each to their own )

early early early!!! the sooner you're there, the sooner the waiting is over

Do I have enough time to practice if I get one delivered by the weekend? How long is realistic to be able to master one of these gizmo's? I've used the urinelle thingees at Reading before now, but without instruction & ended up squatting awkwardly in fear of damp pants

INK!!!! Doh... *puts it on his shopping list*
Only if your non-efest friend Bob says Hi, then he will be efest friend Bob
about the stickers, they're not professional ones you know just the logo above printed on to a bit of paper with a little double sided sticky tape on the back. Thought it would be a good idea to ID us when you arrive.
-
Definately! I love this!

Will even my non-efest friend Bob be able to have a sticker? I'm sure it would greatly enhance his & any other non-efesters' festival if they were welcomed

Hmmm....perhaps I could save some of my husband's beard trimmings over the next week & fashion a beard out of them......
Oh and mrs b, we'll be at the cider bus meet on the Wed - look for the v.tall hairy man with a very short woman in tow! Are you going to the football beforehand too?

Taking Cheese to Glastonbury...

Came across a little mesh-like bag of mini Marmite cheeses today - I wasn't quite sure how to react & have now been completely thrown off my guard!
This could either be the greatest combination of my two ultimate food loves, or a bastardisation of both, which could potentially lead to an unnerving uncertainty of which one is wrong - yet they are both so right! My tiny brain cannot cope with a new chicken & egg dilemma right now
I know for some who despise Marmite this will be a no-brainer, but unfortunately I am one of those who cannot go without lashing of the stuff on toast (or cheese for that matter!) & have now found myself in a quiet place from which side I'm not sure I'll emerge
