  1. I can't vote, as I have no firm plans to see any of them Friday or Saturday, just gonna go where the flow takes me. And Sunday, I plan on seeing both Prodigy and Blur... not sure how yet, need to start work on that time travel monorail...

  2. I'll be realy suprised if it's not The Libertines, everything points to it. Even Carl Barrats new film comes out around the time, nice publicity.

I'm also wondering, who's the special guests on the Pyramid stage? If it was Radiohead, Muse or even the Libertines that would be the place? Or am I way wrong?

  3. To be honest Crashnburn, I think you should make a stand against this and just not go to the festival if they offend you so much. This way, you can leave Glastonbury to those far less arrogant, ignorant and single minded than yourself.

FFS, if you don't like them, don't go see them, I'm sure there might be one or two other things to see and do. There will be plenty of people that will be there enjoying them, don't you worry

  4. ...for glastonbury to take my festival virginity :D

    neeeeed proper cheeeeeeeeeeeeering up.

not been posting on forums for a while lol think i exhausted them while revising!!!! =)

    xx

  5. I loved the Permaculture area. It's just on the south side of the Old Railway Line if I remember correctly, close to the Greenpeace fields?

While we're on the subject, I have a vague recollection the year before last of finding a cool secluded outside bar which I loved. If I remember correctly, there were some steps down to it from the Old Railway Line (north side) on the way up to Lost Vagueness. You couldn't really see it from the track, but once you had gone down the few steps, it all opened out and that was the only way in or out.

Anyone know what I'm on about? Did I dream it?!

  6. It has to be Metallica, Lars has said he wants to play Glastonbury this year (1st clue) but the organizers were worried about safety issuses (2nd clue) following the incidents at previous festivals. Metallica said they will play festival dates on their free weekends on the current tour, guess what - they are free that weekend and are in Europe (3rd & 4th clue). They have a long history of doing surprise secret gigs at festivals (5th clue). Knowing my luck they'll play and I'll miss it.

    I guess I'm a detective and a Metallica fan.
