Awful.
(Last post from me on the subject. I don't actually approve of laying into other people's taste in music. However it does seem strange to me that the Lightning Seeds are remembered fondly, when as far as I can see most of their hits are as facile as anything by Scouting for Girls.)

I'm really looking forward to them!
Ian Broudie was on Something for the Weekend on Sunday, I tuned in just in time to see him cooking with Ainsley Harriot so missed what he had to say

"V festival
Nobody goes to festivals just for the music - they go for the atmosphere. Well, that and the chance to spend a weekend scoffing "herbal scones" and rolling around naked, babbling incoherently about space-travelling guinea pigs. No such anarchic mayhem ever happens at V - unless you count spotting random members of Hollyoaks drinking cider. Despite great bands (the Specials, Oasis), it's a music festival for people who don't particularly like music.

I have it on good authority that 9/11, the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, climate change, the war-on-terror, sharks spotted off the coast of Cornwall and Somalian piracy will not result in Glastonbury being cancelled this year!

in all seriousness, this article is a little bit worrying.....

I never thought I'd see the day when people throw bottles of piss at a band at Glasto!!

Could you come round my house and spruce up my bathroom please??

Not just me then! Any solutions? It is quite annoying.

I've changed my web browser to Opera (finally got fed up with IE) but I find that efests freezes a lot when loading web pages.
I don't have this problem with other sites.
The page will generally half load and I have to stop and refresh to get it to load up fully. Sometimes it will seem to fully load but I won't be able to click any links unless i press the stop button.
Any ideas?

I have 2005, 2007 and 2008 on still. I'm aware how much of a loser that makes me. :|

I have swine flu. The festival should therefore be cancelled so I don't start a pandemic by attending!!
