There’s plenty of drinking water, and tankers coming onsite.
But no, there isn’t water for everyone on site to have a kidzfield / greenpeace shower every day!

4pm update: cloudy, but the horrible humidity for earlier has gone and we now have quite a stiff (chilly) breeze which will dry things up nicely. I’m at Williams Green and there are puddles at the edge of the road but the road itself is back to throwing up dust when vans go by.

My favourite pizza spot, Pizza Tabun, is not in its usual spot down the track between Greeenpeace and Avalon. There’s a poncy vegan cheese truck in its place.
If anyone spots Pizza Tabun (It’s a big yurt with low seating inside) on their travels please let me know!

Like Sku I’m out and about and it’s nowt to be concerned about - I’m only in boots because my trainers got wet last night when I stupidly walked through the long wet grass at Arcadia. Folk about in Converse and walking shoes.

Rained all night but ground seems good to firm still. It’ll dry up nicely today before y’all come and walk on it tomorrow.

I've just bought some tins of sparkling white and rose from Sainsbury's! It may be rank, of course, especially when warm, but it'll do

I'm working at home today. I have left ALL of the really little but easy admin jobs till today, so it looks like I've achieved loads by ticking lots of tiny things off my to-do list. Off to Sainsbury's in my lunchbreak to buy gin-in-a-tin and a few other essentials, then the out of office is going on. Tandem Festival tomorrow and Sunday, the packing on Sunday night and off on the train on Monday. Yay!

I’ve just purchased a new waterproof, because given the hothothot forecast, my current one is too weighty and hot.
I can guarantee it won’t rain a drop now and it’ll still be in its bag covered in dust when I get it home...

Vague recollection that there was a pizza place in Theatre and Circus and a couple of places near the Meeting Point; the Mexican just up from William's Green towards Greenpeace, Proper Coffee at W. Green, and at least a couple of places near Bread and Roses in the main markets.

I had a freezing cold shower this afternoon after my shift. It was bloody cold but I felt amazing for about 3 minutes, and then I reapplied suncream...
