Is there day tickets to this festival? Also, does camping is a must? because I want to go the Rock im Park and stay in hotel/airbnb instead of camping. is it possible?

Did anyone who bought a ticket got it? I bought a ticket at TickPick and they tell me that i will get the tickets around the time of the festival. Seems weird to me because it's an e-ticket so it doesn't make sense to wait until the festival to send it.
