  1. Activated the Lebara sim card for £3 and made sure data works ready to tether for the group, got the igloo cool box out ready to start pre cooling for it's trip down to farmfoods on the weds to completely fill with frozen food and ice and frozen homemade cocktails. Aired out the sleeping Bag and made sure all camping stuff is clean and good to go, stocked up on Iburofen, paraceteol, calcium carbonate and Immodium. Made sure everyone in group has received fancy dress from amazon for the Sunday. Made plans in clash finder so got a rough idea of what I want to see. Just need to sort setting off times now with diff people
  2. You can get the airport flyer to either temple meads train station or Bristol bus station and then catch the 376 as you mentioned, that is the cheapest option for a couple of bus tickets, should be around £12 return each, ask for singles for the public buses as they are currently capped at £2 each for singles by the government (airport bus is not capped as privately operated)
  3. An alternative if you have got a camping stove, is to boil some water up and mix it in a bucket with cold water and then have a sponge wash and tip the left overs over your head with shampoo, works great. I take one of the empty 20 litre plastic drinks water containers from work with me and fill it up on the weds and then sack truck it to our tent and then can have a shower wash each morning without leaving the tent. Otherwise it's trekking for hours to get to showers and then queing or going during the day and missing the acts.
  4. I personally didn't rate the £6 "meals" one stall was doing a cheese toasties, which was tiny, 4 bites and it was gone. Another stall was charging extra 50p for a squirt of Tomato sauce for your chips which were absolutely tiny portion. Sauces that would usually be free. I take my own breakfast now days and cook in the mornings and eat enough to last me til the evening, better quality food and not being ripped off
