  1. I recently discovered Model/Actriz, really good band. Also like Arab Strap, Tropical f**k Storm, The Last Dinner Party, Voxtrot and Brutus.
  2. We were asked for predictions, not about what you dreamt last night 😃
  3. I'm predicting Lana del Rey, PJ Harvey, Pulp, The National, Kylie Minoque, Karol G, Massive Attack, The Smile and FKA Twigs to be the top lines. Mitski and Jane's Addiction, together with Troye Sivan and Slowdive on second line. No idea about ciutat, but for the wednesday Forum slot, I guess something relatively "easy listening" like Fleet Foxes, or maybe even Slowdive. Probably missing 1-2 pop/urban headliners, but with Travis and SZA apparently out, I'm pretty clueless on who that should be. Happy to move the Smile, Twigs or even Kylie one line down for an extra big act.
  4. Was hoping for a bit more action / leaks today, but guess I'll need to be patient a bit longer. Any nice ideas for the smaller spots? Hope to see bdrmm as I missed their Amsterdam gig and hope to see Maruja again, who were absolutely awesome last month.
  5. Add the Walkmen to it and we have a deal!
  6. I tend to agree, with the exception of 2019. But Lana's on my to see list for a long time and I'm a massive PJ Harvey fan and somehow managed to always miss Pulp, so for me this would work. Also because I have to accept that there will be pop headliners, unlike 2016 where the line up was almost 100% to my taste.
  7. As Iceage will be Mitski's support act in her pre Primavera shows, there's a decent chance of them being on the undercard. Would be great!
  8. And PJ Harvey... And have to agree on the undercard. So many options!
  9. I'm also that guy. If we can get Lana, Pulp, PJ Harvey and the National, I don't mind about having 3-4 pop/non-indie headliners
  10. Pantera's lead singer has - to put it mildly - a dubious personality. No way they'll book them.
  11. Thanks for the info. Can't wait till Tuesday!
  12. No idea of his popularity, would he be on the topline? Don't mind a few pop acts as I prefer not to spend most of my time at the main stages. Just a reality check for me that I'm not as much of a music nerd than I thought I was and I have some serious gaps in my knowledge... 😃
  13. Troye Sivan? Must admit I'd never heard of the dude, but listening now and don't see how this would fit Primavera. Probably just me getting old and out of touch, but in my opinion they might as well book Enrique Iglesias instead. Luckily all other names mentioned today (even incl. Kylie) are more of my taste.
  14. Haha. In the end we'll all do the loco-motion in June.
  15. Let's not get in a fight over Kylie 🤣 A sentence I never thought I'd use in the primavera forum.... Only thing that changed for me, assuming the intel is legit, is that instead of skipping SZA, I'll now skip Kylie.
  16. Couldn't agree more. Playing DCFC's Transatlanticism very LOUD now...
  17. Just looked at his (?) previous posts and a bit more excited now as I'm still pissed I missed Lana in Amsterdam. I know she will probably start late and produce somewhat of a snoozefest, but do want to see her once in my life... 😉
  18. Any evidence or just "hear, say"? Wouldn't mind if you're correct.
  19. Flew to Dublin last summer to see them, mindblowingly good!!
  20. Assuming Pulp, PJ Harvey and the National will be there, I hope for at least one more exciting headliner, some personal favourites mid-poster like Slowdive, the Walkmen and Iceage and a shitload of cool new indie on the undercard like Model/actriz, bdrmm, Maruja.
  21. Best fake line up so far for me. Can't wait for the actual poster, hoping it has a lot of names in common.
  22. Funny to see how a lot of people are trying to convince us and themselves why Tool should or shouldn't be on the poster (they should obviously) and then realizing I do the exact same for artists such as Karol G. Hoping we will all find our own favorite artist on the poster and let's not focus on the ones we don't like as there will be many alternatives anyway.
  23. Yep, spent an awful lot of money for my "less than 5 minute walking distance" hotel, so it feels I deserve both Tool and The Smile to be on the poster. 🤣
