Not a tour announcement but The Hives have a new album out next year and they were great when they played !

I saw Thom Yorkes modern boxes this summer in Bilbao BBK.
Definitely an acquired taste, I enjoyed it but don't expect any Radiohead bangers, lots of bleeps and blips, quite trippy but not for everyone.

we are spoilt my mum raves about glasto and the last time she went must have been the 80's and there was no fire breathing spider or new york night clubs then haha they were pleased with the free milk

It would make sense to announce something at one of the book promotions, give the book loads more publicity and if some of the proceeds of the book are going to good causes even better.

I think if it felt more enclosed it would feel more of an area you can enjoy yourself in and not just a path, its only a preference im sure there are plenty of people who enjoy it.

I heard the crane was there for four years and they have painted it green to fit in.
There is something about silver hayes i just dont like and be nice if they could do something about it, the gully is cool though.

I said if we were lucky enough to get tickets then we would make a trip before the festival to Pilton/Glastonbury's as I've only ever seen the area from the coach window and we were very lucky this morning
Will be walking up the Tor but have others done this
Any tips for places to stay/eat/walk ?

My friends got us tickets and I'm very happy about this !
Just a question because it seems like everything has gone through but is he the only one who can check the order tracker or can we all as mines not coming up with anything but I've seen his confirmation to say he got all 6 of us tickets

I guess you are really paying for the Friday , Saturday and Sunday with the other days as a bonus, I'm hoping to get the Wednesday tickets but would still be over the moon with Thursday just want to be there !

William here , Have used the efests forums before but had a different account.
Use it to usually get all excited about Glastonbury, last year I was unsuccessful in tickets so I kept away as it was to painful haha
To he honest it was a poor attempt and this year I'm determined to get tickets , have 2 friends my girlfriend and my mum all trying for us to get tickets and also the coach tickets so have hoping to have increased my chances.
Not taking anything for granted and still very nervous about ticket day, I will keep everything crossed and then hopefully enjoy all the glasto chat following, like the food at Glastonbury thread and the rumours and site build.

I think it will be the 1975 now they have wormed themselves in with extinction rebellion etc
They will likely do it on the cheap, perhaps even for free as long as everyone knows they have done it for free.

I wonder which towns/cities would be the least popular when it comes to getting a coach ticket, i mean that in terms of the demand for certain towns? after missing out last year with a lazy attempt, determined to get back to glastonbury and dont mind where in the country i get it from.
It would be their 50th and my 5th glasto.
Crossing everything already.

Hello, my friends have not been able to attend the festival so have given me and my girlfriend their tickets, free of charge they just want us to make them dinner! However the tickets will have their names on it, will this be a problem? will we be turned away and have to buy the tickets again, can the names on the tickets be changed ?
