Yeah, noticeably quieter today. The security bag check today was the most full on though of all of them. More so than yesterday. Today they opened all zips and pockets and asking what every thing were. Random! No queues for anything today for us except toilets. Definitely feels like a lot less onsite. Sound has been great! Lemon Twigs were just gorgeous. Say She She are giving all the harmonies. Today we are mostly blue tenting 🙂 Excited for Gossip later!

Ground was fine yesterday. Bit water after the heavy showers then nothing. All went! No real mud or anything. Weather Magic! Hahaha. Sound was good again yesterday so hoping that lasts for today too 🙂 Ach! Resigned to seeing just bits today due to all the clashes. Weather's back to sunshine so have a great day everybody!

Had a good time yesterday. Mainly as the sound seemed alot better than previously. Ha! Maybe as we went up front this year so closer equalled less crunchy sound? Anyway Nation of language were excellent. Saw some floating points and enjoyed the lights. LCD were as usual all the feels! The mirror ball lighting up & James dedicating Someone Great was such a moment. Proper chills! Crowd around us were good natured all day across the various stages. Bar queues were pretty quiet whenever we went up & even the toilets were not too awful. Lots veggy food options too & didn't feel overcrowded. Overall excellent 🙂

Same here. LCD presale & Sunday too. Doh! Mugged off like a numpty. Ha! Hope everyone who got a cheapy tkt enjoys the day too though. Better a busy park full of happy vibes than it being half empty 🙂

Yeah agree with the wise words from the forum folk on here - best walk to Stratford if you can - its not much further than Homerton and lots folk walk that way so its relatively safety in numbers - plus you wont have to sacrifice seeing the end of the bands 🙂 Deffo avoid Mile End tube. Unless you leave well early before bands end you will get stuck along the way at road crossings plus outside station to prevent over crowding for crowd safety. It took pal over half hour to get into the tube last Sat so reckon best avoid if you have train curfew. Have a great day!

Also any info on what the bar prices were like? I suspect LCD Friday and Sunday Postal Service maybe a bit busier. Esp given there maybe slightly more of the older fans such as ourselves in attendance hahaha

Quick question for those that went along to APE 1st weekend - How was Security at entrance? Was it a quick cursory bag check by a brief hand rummage then those airport scanner wands swept over the body? Where the usual dozy sniffer pups on duty on the other side once past Security checks? Grateful for any info you could share 🙂

feeling this pain. Looks like a bit of running about may now be required and have grudgingly accepted we will be mostly seeing bits of the various sets if crowd tent capacity allows hahaha
