5 months give or take? sometimes quicker. March/april when the lineup is complete is usually when they sell out. But last year they had a capacity increase so maybe it'll take longer now.

slipknot doesn't take rocket science to figure out. I'm more talking about the 2X metallica mainly since they haven't announced anything nearby. or correct leaks in the past?

liked pink's show last time they were at RW but Boutique is at the same time as Graspop so I'd rather go to there

Soulwax has an amazing live show, quadruple drummers and all. Skepta is pretty high energy, big grime name. Kokoroko is an awesome afrobeat band. Alex G has made a lot of great indie albums (don't know how good he is live though, he doesn't seem to tour a lot in Belgium). James Blake and Cypress Hill are always good.
I'm sure they're really good bands and have a lot of fans, but these bands are just not something I like to listen to. Especially considering that 115 euro can go towards 3 or more indoor shows of bands that I do like.

@Ken19any idea if the slipknot day will have some more metal bands. really like slipknot but don't like them enough to pay 115 euro for just that one band.

scorpions are not available at the time.
I'm thinking gojira, even though they have a concert in june in belgium. Ghost (given that they are also the mystery headliner that hellfest has)
or my guess that's way out there: my chemical romance, they have the graspop weekend free due to the shows in russia and ukraine being canceled.

while I would be very happy with one of these, I'm afraid in times like these we need to temper expectations.
My guess is gojira or ghost and move withing temptation to headliner

I think the festival will be sold out, but I don't think it will be sold out on day one. If you buy them 2 november you should be good

@Ken19 do you have any inside if there is any reason for the delay? people should have been able to trade in their tickets for 9 days now.
Did the second weekend of hellfest change things?

quite the optimist indeed, I'm afraid the chances are very low. If AC/DC comes they'll do a seperate show on the graspop or werchter field and sell that out all by themselves.

guns n roses is in norway and czech republic in the weekend of GMM, I'd say the chance is slim to none.
I think it'll have to be either avenged sevonfold or scorpions headlining friday and maybe a big upgrade on the top side of the bill with bands like five finger death punch, sabaton, bring me the horizon, nightwish and alice cooper

graspop campside will now be the festival terrain, which I think is quite a bit bigger than the normal festival site. Not sure if we're going to have a close camping and then a camping a little further off? But it sounds promising
