I’ve never really listened to Phoebe Bridgers but is Beabadoobee just slightly more upbeat and plays a bass instead. I like bea so if they’re the same sort of then maybe I’ll listen

She's kinda like beabadoobee's older stuff from what I've heard. Like the more acousticy songs

How is someone musically soulless surely that’s a matter of opinion, Dua Lipa is not musically soulless she takes from loads of different genres and creates her own sound. Billie is completely unique

I agree with you completely. Just because an artist is mainstream it doesn't mean that they're soulless.

I'd love to see fickle friends, anteros, becky hill, japanese house. I know reading are always keen on Charlie xcx too. Maybe wolf Alice and churches would be nice additions I think.

people along those lines along with 2 big female names. Lorde/florence/billie/dua/haim.

Yeah Wolf Alice are one of my favourite bands would love to see them

If there's not im calling for a sh*tstorm.

I mean both Dua and Billie would be amazing headliners that deserve it. They have no excuse if they haven’t got one of those. I’d also like to see smaller female acts down the line up as well

As is always the case with Dan, I’m sure there is some truth hidden amongst all the piss taking - you just have to try and figure out which is which.

Yeah I reckon at least 3 of his headliners will be there but I think he’s going to annoy us all if rage aren’t announced

NME interview definitely made it sound like rage aren't coming back, "It would have been very special for me to see them again, but the great thing about Reading & Leeds is that it doesn’t stand still. You probably could have picked about 50-100 other acts that would have been more important to everyone else. We’re always happy to have a nod to the past, but we live in today and tomorrow. We never stop moving on."

I think either Melvin or Dan is having us on.
