  1. Have a great time, everyone!
  2. It won't load on my android app. I think perhaps I'd rather not know 😡
  3. I was trying to do it in the app. Can see it in the browser now.
  4. Does anyone know when/if Ticketmaster activates the option to transfer your ticket? I bought a ticket for a friend who is arriving at a different time to me.
  5. I use one of these. https://www.decathlon.co.uk/p/mp/bison/big-wheel-folding-camping-fishing-or-festival-trolley/_/R-p-c0caad37-4a74-4080-b300-cda864a301a5?mc=c0caad37-4a74-4080-b300-cda864a301a5_c1 It was a good investment. You can get grander wheelbarrow things. It sounds over the top but come Thursday I will be looking enviously at people that have them.
  6. I have written a preview for next weekend. I think it sounded better in my head but it's done now so am sharing here ... https://thelatitudeexperience.co.uk/2023/07/10/latitude-2023-preview/
  7. Agreed. It wouldn't be the first year where there was a forecast of endless rain that never transpired.
  8. Not only is Friday rammed but it all skews towards the second half of the day. Think I will end up missing Confidence Man, Panic Shack and English Teacher in order to see Bleach Lab, Gretel Haenlyn, Men I Trust and Metronomy. Young Fathers and Warmduscher on Saturday is a bad clash. Sunday is another matter. I want to see Gwenno and Bar Italia and that's it!
  9. Did Porij play midnight on Sunday last year? I may have imagined it. Was very tired by that point.
  10. Didn't realise the days were on the website. Friday is going to be carnage. Bleach Lab, English Teacher, Panic Shack, Gretel Hänlyn, Murder Capital, Dry Cleaning, Men I Trust, Confidence Man, Metronomy, Pulp.
  11. Invest in a trolley. It's not a huge walk but navigating the car park (especially if they put you down the slope) can be trying and not something you want to do twice.
  12. Same. I think to fully appreciate them, you have to see the songs performed live. Such intensity.
  13. I have made a 50-song playlist for this year's Latitude. Feel free to explore ...
  14. Because the site is near the coast, the soil is very sandy. This means the rain shoots straight through. You can have a torrential downpour and within two hours you'd never know it had rained. It's one of the reasons I keep coming back!
  15. I am really pleased to see Bleach Lab back. They had to drop out in 2021. Mysterines are a great addition. Brilliant way to kick off the Saturday. Panic Shack also good - the Alcove looks strong.
  16. I'm happy with Dry Cleaning, Confidence Man and Gretel Hanlyn. Murder Capital and Gwenno are ok. Not much else that gets my pulse racing.
  17. Yeah it really depends. If you're in Green camping and you arrive early on Thursday, you're not looking at more than 20 minutes. But if you're parked down the hill and you're camping in Red, then it could take nearer an hour.
  18. Would seem a logical booking. They were very good at the Sunrise Arena in 2019.
  19. There is no rhyme or reason to how Latitude makes its announcements. It changes from one year to the next. They have chosen to drip feed it this year, so we could be waiting weeks.
  20. Had a go at summarising my wishlist here: https://thelatitudeexperience.co.uk/2023/01/23/latitude-2023-20-acts-for-the-undercard/
  21. I was thinking the same thing. Richard Hawley would be a great booking.
  22. Good point. To be honest, the Latitude audience is pretty open minded. Lots of acts would fit in on any one of the three main stages.
  23. I agree that Metronomy would work well in the Modest Mouse slot. I think they would work better on the Obelisk. By Latitude standards I think they are bit too niche to be a headliner even if it is in the tent.
  24. George Ezra, Lewis Capaldi, Bastille, 1975. It's all the same to me. I give it a wide berth.
