One browser on the laptop, got in at 5.58 and input reg's. got thrown out and got them 6.07 by just f5ing one page.

Nearly got through on my work phone on 4g but just sold out as I went for taunton.

How did you manage to get in early out of interest - as the link for weds/thurs coaches only become available at 6? Did you guess the link?

Also really loved the halloumi souvlaki wrap thing from a stall with a chalk board drawing of Lionel Richie outside as you come into the other stage field.   It had so many amazing flavours.

With you on this one! It is was what I was after at the time as well. Id taken a photo of the stall during a morning stroll so I could remember to go back! Greenpeace Grill also did some incredible hash browns - something we were searching for in the morning for a while. There is certainly a need for a stall that specialises in just hash browns and potato tots!

Worst for me was Annie Maes mac and cheese, second time I’ve had it and I just don’t get it. It tastes weird to me, can’t put my finger on it.. I don’t love mustard so maybe it’s that?

  3. Has anyone who is staying in worthy view not received their car parking pass? Ours was dispatched last week and still nothing. See tickets saying if it is lost for us to buy on the day and return the car parking stick (as in, the used car parking sticker lol) Which sounds quite dodgy and I can't see them actually accepting that.

  4. It’s been covered already but when I’ve had to escalate serious complaints and issues in the past (Notably Southern Rail..) I have:

    1. Found the email format of the company online (firstname.lastname@seetickets.com).

    2. Find various employee names on LinkedIn - particularly customer service and make sure you include heads of customer service and tbh anyone senior across all areas including CEO and PA’s and EA’s. Email them all with desperate plea.

    3. Don’t limit this to see tickets. Take this approach with Royal Mail and Glastonbury.

    4. Use your work email, if you can. Professional emails with signatures and a title will help.

Seems excessive but sometimes it’s the only way to get in contact with the people who can actually help and prioritise your friends case.

Good luck - please keep us updated!

  5. After emailing see they sent me the standard auto-response and later on conveniently got a email with a tracking number. Then my see tickets status changed from "sent to courier on 1 June" to "sent to courier 8 June"

Tracking number still saying unable to confirm status, however! sigh..

This happened to someone else in this thread a couple of weeks ago. They got in touch with See via the form on the order tracker and miraculously their despatch email arrived with tracking number. I would definitely contact them to check. There may be the odd glitch in the system.

Thanks yeah, I do think 7 days regardless of bank holiday is quite unusual for Royal Mail, I've sent See an email! Would really rather make sure I'm home when they're due to arrive..

  7. Hi all, not been able to find any info on this on the forum so far.

We have 3 tipis, 2 on my booking and 1 on a friends. The friend with the 3rd tipi is not arriving until Thursday as they have coach tix. Is it possible for me to request all 3 tipis to be together some how? Either before the festival or upon arrival?

    Thanks!

Surprised at the amount of efesters in our tiny audience! Are you guys local or did you travel down for it?

Would love to do it again this weekend!

We travelled for it! It was quite the trip back to London since the last train was at 22:03 so we missed it - but so worth it!!

I agree so good to be in front of a stage again.

I'm in two of these photos.Second from the right bent over in the third photo and second from right in the fifth giving my mate a hug.

You must have been just in front of us :) Were you with the group with guy in the glittery jacket - he's in loads of our pics/vids!

  10. I got last minute resale tickets for his gig on Brixton on Tuesday so was lucky enough to catch him just before he cancelled (I too have tickets for March but much prefer to see him at Brixton)

I totally agree that he seems overworked, and as @AmazingAbby said he has had a previous serious illness (and also had hemorrhaged his vocal chords just before Glasto) so has to be cautious

He seems genuinley gutted. I'm sure we'll all see him on the farm!

Had a go at tipis yesterday... desperately refreshing even when they sold out! Suddenly one appeared - but alas - I was not quick enough!

❤️ Thankfully my friend got worthy view without me knowing. Been in tipis once before and although there are pros and cons to both - I thiiink I still prefer tipis.

I'd be interested to know your experience with tipis if you'd be willing to share? I couldn't find a huge amount of recent stuff online!

congrats! i've been able to manage tipis in the last years and its a good one , even better if you're going with a large group! Unfortunately it didn't work out this year...but we're still going to glasto at least ?

Thank you! Yeah we have a big group and half are Thursday coach goers (and newbies) so mostly pleased for them. I managed to get through at 7:01 and then 7:15 - I kept clicking back and forward for a long time until another came available, a ticket day tip I learnt on here!

I ordered vey early on ... and the signed one .. dont know if that made any difference .. email yesterday saying dispatched  email today saying available for collection ... I got there a couple of hours later ... there must have been about 15 copies there waiting for collection ... sleepy little Taunton

Same here - ordered on 5th June and a signed one! Also realised the card details I gave, is a card that I had replaced as it was faulty - eek!

Then again, who is anyone to decide that only the most determined should be the ones that get tickets?

Yeah I guess this is the point, do GF really care about it not always being the most committed who get tickets? If it were to be the most committed who were rewarded, would we just have the same type of people going each year?

I for one was asleep for my first T-day, there was 3 of us in our group and 2 of us slept through the entire thing. Luckily that 1 friend got through in 2014 and I've been ever year since.

    We all start somewhere.

Lol I got that too today. I ran this years LM (got in through the ballot) - the same day as the resale and got my tickets standing outside Lewisham station on my iPad :)

Have to say though, I punched the air with joy when I got that rejection email today!

That's the first time I've heard of anything positive occurring at Lewisham station :P hell on earth.

20 minutes mate, coach ticket from Lincoln.

Whaaaat!! I tried persistently going back and forth from the reg page for friends on Sunday but the ‘no event found’ made me think it was a gonner. How did you do it?

Just to let people know .... @vintagelaureate has after discussion agreed to do the spreadsheet ... with help from myself in an admin function ... ive not got any knowledge and we need to get this up and running as soon as possible to enable some relationships to develop ... thinking at the moment of quite an early cutoff to enable some of the earlier and more active members of this thread .... bear with us and we will help who we can

I was in the resale club for 2019 festival and we did it with a google sheet and the URL shared only to people who asked. The sheet once shared allows you to add your details and there was a tab for coach and a tab for GA. Once the resale was approaching, we asked people to re-verify if they were still interested - we filtered out a lot of people this way as some were no longer active on the forum. I think your idea to have a early cut off is a good one too.
