Does anyone know how long until the 2nd wave of acts?
truck tweeted someone saying it'll be in 2 weeks time.

I know it's looking into it a little too much but I wonder why Travis Scott is a bigger font size than Courteeners. Is he actually co-headlining?
my thoughts exactly.
Maybe the two stage setup is still going ahead?
enter royal blood on the sunday with KoL

I did notice that Truck's Twitter account liked the Courteeners yesterday. The little I've heard from them has been pretty uninspiring and they certainly wouldn't be headliner to really grab people's attention and sell more tickets.
truck are pretty active on twitter, wouldn't take much notice of what tweets they like etc.

Anyone got any further idea of who the last headliner and sub will be?
still sticking with noel gallagher for the sunday night. they keep tweeting that its the biggest headliner they've ever had. why they didn't release the name off the bat, i'm not sure, but i cant imagine they have sold many tickets from the line up so far.
-
would it be wrong to suggest that they had foo's but then dropped them in favour for arctic monkeys, who then pulled out, resulting in the delay AND a trash line up.
-
shocked at the fact that the biggest headliner for the demographic, kendrick lamar, is being forced into a co headline slot with panic at the disco.
how could FR look at that line up and go 'you know what, kendrick is looking too weak compared to the other two days. let's add panic'
shambles.

when does the metro e-edition usually get published? not sure whether to stay up or not.
-
thought they would build on last year...
shame
-
could defo see kaiser chiefs popping up.
going to stick with my prediction and say that we are going to see noel gallagher headlining.
-
id imagine we are going to get one of the undefined posters before the main one, purely on the basis that it allows them to start selling day tickets without revealing who's clashing with who.

Sorry might of been something i missed :/
no worries. i wish there was an easier way to see previous information shared on the forum. a list of some sort with all the most upvoted things on a side bar. that would be cool @eFestivals

at least twice, if not three times before.

we are going round in circles here.
21 minutes ago, The All Round Ball :| said:it's most likely coincidence, we aren't even sure if it is 'dave' bc the reading font is the newer one, not the 2012 one.

is there a way to ban anyone who posts fake line up announcements.

reckon catfish have gotta be in the running. Beyond that I've not thought about it.
they only played two years ago. be a quick return.

Most of those are subs, and are on their way down (Vaccines, Wombats) or flatlining (Circa Waves). Catfish have notoriously played bundles of gigs, basically anything they can get.
Wolf Alice would be the sort of act they'll be aiming for, definitely, but I just think Ellie and co would be a bit more careful/strategic with picking where they play.
both vaccines and wombats are playing same sized gigs this year as wolf alice did. their gigs come before the albums have been released. wolf alice played it after the release.
i absolutely adore wolf alice, seen them 5 times. but i honestly think you're overrating them above where they are.
you could be right, they might be aiming for a latitude sized headline and i don't doubt that they deserve it. but i think you're underrating truck as a festival. wolf alice are the perfect size for it.

The Streets is a great shout.
be a p impressive catch for em i reckon. if not this then i wouldn't be surprised to see em headlining thursday night at some bigger festivals.

Just that - it’s a strong lineup.
I’m going for
Blossoms, Shed 7, Circa Waves, Editors, Bluetones, Tom Grennan, Kate Tempest, Plan B, Frank Turner, The Magic Gang
nice.
i think i'm gonna go with your idea.
thursday -blossoms
friday - the streets
saturday - noel gallagher
sunday - wolf alice

Rumours are it’s a very strong line up. I’m hoping to see This Feeling host a stage.
what kind of rumours you heard?

I think they should be aiming for bigger festivals. Also Truck, as good as it is, tends to be somewhere bands headline on their way down rather than on their way up
the vaccines, catfish, circa waves (sub), the wombats (sub), blossoms (sub)
i'm not sure i agree with your comment. those five bands played in the last two years, on their way up in my opinion. catfish wouldn't be out of place headlining latitude now.

defo skewiff, would've thought they'd be heading up that stage. especially compared to the other days line up's. Must've, unbeknown to us, lost their way a little in the radio 1 slush.

they have said the headliner is english which rules out stereophonics.
