  1. Rihanna is fucking awful. I cant even see how irony and tequila would help. I doubt it would help even if I had Timothy Leary and Al Jourgensen injecting smack directly into my tear ducts.

  2. I had tickets for 2015 and had to cancel plans. Its gutting and I ended up going out of the country for that week! Being in Aus will be the best place if you cant go, being close to it will only drive you insane!

I was fuming by the time 66 labour mps thought they had the right to overule the majority of the public

Genuine question, where has the statistic of the majority of the public come from?

What actually happened? I wasnt there so only have the comments to go on, without knowing the context....

Just embarrassing posts - doesn't bother me that people don't like them but I mean come on, if you're gonna post some "banter" at least make it funny and not utterly cringeworthy. The R-Kelly reference for example was at least actually pretty funny.

    Dear Mr Fuckwit

Just so you know, my comment was actually hilarious. Seriously, it was. In a couple of years time you will look back and mumble into a cup of tea how not realising the depth and scope of my quippage left you forever tainted in the public eye.

But dont call it banter. Thats the term c**ts use to describe their c**t mates attempts at quippage.

Am I allowed to say c**ts on here?

  6. I dont know any songs by Metronomy, Alt J, Tame Impala. I heard half a song by 1975, wouldnt know it if I met it again though. It might have sat next to me at lunch for all I know.

I only know one song by Taylor Swift, and I only know that cos it was covered on the Naked Choir. Cant deny it was a catchy little minx though!

I still dont even know if Jake Bugg is a band, a person, or literally a bug! If it is a bug, that would be really cool and I would kick myself for not getting in on some of that action sooner!

But thats a reflection on me rather than their ability to headline any stage they are asked to do. So not knowing a BMTH song is a reflection on you and what you listen to rather than on them. And if their audience is one that buys more albums and merch than singles (which has never been the main market for non mainstream rock bands), then chart positions have cock all relevance too!

Oh, and I still have managed to avoid ever hearing Uptown Funk.

    Interesting.

Like a cross between lost prophets, my chemical romance and having your anus brutally violated with a broken bottle.

The only common ground they have with lost prophets and my chemical romance is that they all possess a pair of legs each!

As for the brutal anus violating, I cant comment - having only experienced friendly ones with unbroken bottles, I have no benchmark for this.....

I've never even heard of this band. Can someone credible give me my opinion on them please, so I can declare them shit or ace. Ta.

They are quite alright actually, watched them at the weekend and loved the live show. I would only listen to the last 2 or 3 albums though, before that they are a little bit throaty (oo er missus) and less singalong on the chorus. I cant sway you with my credibility though, Im finding that most of the stuff people are putting forward as being absolute wizard is in reality a bit whiny and played by boys who pinch themselves so they have tears in their eyes at emotional points in songs and films

I thought most people stopped listening to bands like this when they turned 16 and realised that being all dark and angsty is a bit played out.

Surely this this absolute joke of band don't have any chance of headling a stage at Glastonbury, do they?

I thought most people stopped categorising bands by age group once they had reached 17?

  10. Watched them this afternoon in Birmingham, the first of two sold out gigs today at the Academy! I have to say they put on a shit hot show, theres no denying it. And Im still a little in shock at how loud the whole crowd sang pretty much every word for every song.

Yeah, I really do want them to play in 2016
