I tried to buy tickets last week when Aphex was rumoured, and there was a bug on the website that said 6th release tickets were £99. Although that may have been for last year? It's hard to say. Really hope it's less than that, I'm absolutely buying tickets with that lineup

    Seen this article: https://www.clashmusic.com/live/aphex-twin-is-headlining-field-day-2023/

    Says it's from £45 (+ fees, I imagine)

I had tickets to both nights and no sight of my Troxy tickets anywhere. Lots on Reddit with the same issue. I've had my Thursday night tickets added to the Weds too. Hopefully it's fixed before Friday 😞

Yep, exactly what I was expecting.

If you got 2-day tickets from ticketweb, you get 1 ticket for Alexandra Palace and 1 ticket for Troxy.

If you get 2 separate tickets for each day, you get two tickets for Alexandra Palace.

I think they might be moving everyone to Ally Pally. And then those with 2 day tickets get Troxy tickets too.

    Not sure though.

Confirmation that this is the case

  5. After fees, £101 for Metallica at the O2 Arena.

Worst thing was the huge queue which they couldn't deal with so walked into the venue just as The Ecstasy of Gold was starting. Lots of people still outside. But they were great - clearly spent a bit of money on the stage setup with drones flying about during Moth into Flame. Also being in the round meant, despite my late arrival, I still got a decent spot.

This year I'm seeing Elton John, also at the O2 Arena. Got a set of good seats for me and my mum and paid £135 each. If I was going solo, I'd sell them and just see him at Glastonbury though.

Let's face facts here, there won't be many £47 tickets, will there?

Going by tickets in Berlin, it'll be three rows at the back of about 6 sections in the Level 4 area

  7. Booked my ticket easily enough at the cheapest price.

On the subject on the eco-bond:

Managed to get a eco-bond payment for my first year (2018) but put my rubbish in an area in 2019 and didn't try to get the payment.

Nothing seemed to be open this year to bring the rubbish and get a return for the eco-bond so hoping they sort that out this year.

  8. Whilst I can understand the complaints on social media (there always will be those that complain), I think the lineup is class of what I've seen. Definitely smaller scale compared to 2018 and 2019, but it'll be a lot of fun. Most hyped for Four Tet - smashed it at Boomtown in 2019 and now he seems to be in a real banger period, so think this could be even better.

I just got a direct message from Tinder to say I've won their ticket comp from last Friday! Anyone else? I think it's tickets for all days so if there is a way to share them with people here I will. I only want to go on the Cave day but may go to one more... Will peruse the lineups!

Nick Cave, Anna Calvi, Kae Tempest and The Smile for free! What a day.

If there’s a spare for the Disclosure day, I’d love to have it!
