    the festival is going to have no choice because everyone they adore is going to be done within 5 years and unless they wanna have coldplay and foo fighters every other year then theyll have to actually be adventurous. emily has had a thing about the industry not creating enough female headliners, well she should just go do it herself. the festival isnt a kingmaker for artists cause it doesnt translate everywhere for everyone. it just ticks a box for some acts and secures them in having a career in the uk mostly.

    Oxfam on vehicle gates just check artist tickets....rip Emily named ones, leave Michaels.....no idea why the difference and then they get wristbands at the stage/area further down. Lots of smaller ones but got to do Billie eilish tickets, Dave, and the good the bad the queen. For others we had no idea who they were, we just said 'great to see you' .

    Have any of you volunteered for Oxfam at Download?

    What roles do oxfam cover

    How many shifts/what shift patterns.

    Is Oxfam parking next to Oxfield

    Any other info of note?

  16. ticket tips and tricks Glastonbury 2024 resales

    Yesterday I managed to input reg details for a group of six, got to payment page and upon trying 4 different payment cards they all failed with an unable to authenticate message. No bank link to validate, just failed. End result, session times out, no tickets.

     

    Any intel in what I did wrong, can do in future to prevent same issue?

    but Taylor Swift is just . . . It’s a nothing, it’s an absence, there’s absolutely nothing there. I just can’t see the attraction at all. the only redeeming thing in her musical career is that YouTube video with the goat - now that made me laugh, I enjoyed that. Well, I liked the goat, not her bit. I just can’t see  anything redeemable at all. Not only in a ‘not for me’ kind of way, which I’m quite used to and happy with, but more of a ‘is this some sort of weird joke I’m not privy to’ kind of way. 

    Apart from the goat reference that's exactly how I feel about adele

    Yep, it was the combination of her singing over a vocal track and the autotune when she tried to hold a note that made us leave after 30 mins.
