The piano bar is probably my favourite place of the festival, although totally agree it can be hit and miss and sort of dictated by the crowd that’s in there - but when it works it’s either complete magic or complete silliness. A highlight this year was Alabaster Deplume at about 5am Sunday morning, was anyone else there? Felt awful as our friend who gave up on the queue had really wanted to see him play - managed to take a sneaky video for her though.

Hi everyone - after years of lurking and scouring this forum for info, I’ve decided to join in the chat as I’ve just about chewed everyone’s ear off reminiscing about this year’s festival, and need a new audience! I’ve been lucky enough to have been attending since the age of 17 (13 years ago, this year was my tenth festival). I’ve got in through a mixture of tickets and working, and basically a ‘not taking no for an answer’ attitude to not going! (Already getting anxious about the next sale) Glasto’s my favourite topic, especially after a few beers. Speciality topics being: piano bar, surreal late night stories from HMS charity and that general pyramid stage magic. looking forward to keeping the chat going until next years festival Katherine

She was wonderful! I went with plans to lie on the floor after only having 1.5 hours sleep the night before, but she had me up dancing the whole set. Really felt like one of those special moments for an up and coming artist that JP/Woodsies seems to magic up so well. Reminded me of self esteem’s set at Greenman 2021 - similar vibe with the indoor tent and that feeling you’re watching an artist on the brink of something. So glad to see she’s getting the recognition she deserves - we also bought tickets for her tour.
