That's made me even more excited! And it also says they're playing Coachella this year...
-
Do you know whether it's an event which will be advertised beforehand, or like a surprise gig?
-
Is the Sheffield thing nailed on? I'm only 16 so I never got to see them before the reunion, and at Leeds they were perfect!
-
Tribes and Howler, both releasing their debut albums on 16th January
-
Too soon for a White Stripes reunion?
-
The Vaccines couldn't play on two different days though at both Reading and Leeds ;-)
I'd say Bloc Party could sub Daft Punk, they have crossover elements in their music.
-
Pendulum aren't playing anywhere, and it's generally just the headliners they want to be exclusive isn't it?
And The Vaccines are on your lineup twice by the way.
-
Do you guys think playing the nme awards shows, like The Black Keys, The Cribs and Justice are, would make them more likely to play the nme stage?
-
Cal, swap Florence with Foo Fighters and I'd say 3 of those 5 will headline
-
Oh, fair enough, I just thought he meant he had 2 or 3 booked, but fair play. It is a bit odd.
-
Is it possible he's got 2 definite headliners and then one, such as Bloc Party, which may headline unless he gets someone else? I'm not an expert on festival organising so I don't know if that could be true or not :L

Want:
Foo Fighters
Radiohead
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Think:
Foo Fighters
The Killers
Jay-Z
-
I reckon Two Door Cinema Club, Lostprophets and Chase & Status. I'm not keen on any of them though, I'll be hoping for someone different.
-
The Midnight Beast headlined the FR stage last year, so they won't do it again, but other than that it looks fine.
-
For the few people who have mentioned Editors, they won't be there this year. Confirmed by Tom a while ago, no summer shows.
-
I'm not sure about The Darkness, someone posted an interview on the T forum where they said they might be playing T, so I'm not sure if they're exclusive to IOW.
And yeah, I was leaving out bands I dislike such as Mumford and Viva Brother, just because I don't want to think about them being there, haha.
I don't follow heavy music at all really, so some of the placings will be out, haha.
