How have you managed to secure tickets? We need to know ?

I’ve been refreshing Oxfam all day today! Must have missed it again ?

Friend of a friend. Couldn't get the bank quick enough. So relieved.

Probably about three or four hours a night.

Can thoroughly recommend the one night on/one night off policy.

Thurs and Sat - just go to Arcadia and get to bed by about 2.30am latest

Fri and Sun - go for the full naughty corner and go for 5am/6am.

    What about Wednesday...

  3. Still ticketless so still looking for volentueer work if any comes up or anyone has any suggestions? Regularly checking oxfam for drop outs and on the waiting list for poocrew. Not willing to work 13 hour night shifts for CTM. Any help appreciated.

Morning chaps. I had a sad moment last night, walking back home with my music on shuffle and some Killers songs came on :( I wish I was there so badly to see them on the Pyramid Stage, I love them so much. I didn't realise the impact Glastonbury had on me, it's such a special place.

Morning fellow Glasto lover, at this atage  I am also ticketless as is my wife. Don't give up hope just yet though as their is plenty of time for this to change. Have you entered the ticket competitions? Have you put your name down to volenteer? Are you willing to pay 2k to get in? Or willing to go down an pay 300 to get in with no wristband? Try an be Mr Brightside!! It's not over until the Killers are on stage. Although I'll be in the south east corner enjoying it before the late night masses arrive.

I would consider spending £2k on a ticket but I’ve not found any hospitality ticket options around that price. Due to personal circumstances I can only really do Glastonbury this year (but would probably only really want to do Glastonbury anyway)

I got offered 2 for 3600 from a friend of a friend. They have gone now but i have asked if more become avaialble to let me know. I will post in here it they do.

They were - but they told me they didn’t have any tickets left.  Offered me tent space if I could source my own ticket.

I’ve pretty much given up this year but seriously considering booking Windinglake early (pre October sale) for next year - given it’s the 50th anniversary I’m convincing myself that I can justify the price!

I'm just not prepared to miss a glasto, ever, forever.

Scousers at Glastonbury are class. They get where water cant! Boiling heat, black North Face long  jacket on and shorts bouncing about on the Beat Hotel sign podium

    Hahahaha boss.

You get 14ft by 14ft space - but that includes space to park your car.

Are they selling tent spaces with tickets included this year?

For £1000 you could buy 285 packs of Mallets and enter the competition 285 times which will greatly improve your chances of winning one of the 5 sets of their tickets.

    That's a lot of cider.

I took a ruck sack on 2 occasions the other my friends had tickets and they took my kit in for me.

I was there from Tuesday night got in once Wednesday morning and the other 2 times Thursday evening.

He who dares Rodney he who dares!

I can get entry to the festival through fellow scousers (for a nominal fee) who will get me in but then I don't have a wristband and neither does my wife. If it was just me I wouldn't have a issue with this but I know my wife would not be able to relax.

I remember a guy last year saying that he used Windinglake pretty much every year, I can't remember his username but if you do a search either in here or in the Q&A forum it should be obvious. Maybe drop him a message.

    Cheers I will.

    Desperate times.

Me personally ( eternal pessimist) would be reluctant to pay via direct transfer. Ask them if they'll accept paypal . That way you're both covered against all eventualities.

This is exactly what I replied, paypal or other secure payment source as I don't believe I have any legal cover if I willingly transfer it and they didn't provide the service.

  13. Has anyone ever used or stayed at Windinglake? I am now at the point where I cannot handle waiting any longer and just want to secure my entry to glasto even if its 4k for 2.

They have said they do not take card and payment is done by bank transfer, which I find strange considering the amount of money involved.

(Looking for assurances as the only thing worse than not going to glasto is paying 4k and then still not getting into glasto!)

    *Cry's for help*

I've been pressing proceed for weeks and somehow get a flutter every time I do it - it's absolute pure desperation!

Always had 3 spaces unfortunately. Will be on the underground for a while today soI expect it will go on sale then

It's had 3 additional spaces since it came back on. Also pressing proceed at least 150 times a day.

Someone from windinglake farm just emailed me. I’d emailed them an enquiry after the main sale, but they were sold out. I asked to be kept on a reserve list in case something became available. It is astonishingly expensive (about £2k per person for tickets, farm passes & accommodation). But if money is no object...pm me and I’d be happy to pass on the details.

Hi, can you DM me the details please. I've got the option of 1.8k per vip ticket currently so a extra 200 each for a bed seems a bargain ?

Still holding out hope of a competition win before I start taking out loans.

Not having a ticket for the first time since I first went in 2011 is crushing mentally!
