    Blimey; I'm not feeling the Glasto love on this thread this morning, talk about War and Peace, whatever happened to the Glasto ethos?

    Reading back over the past 24 hours my feeling is that there has been a certain amount of fishing gone on, with a few nibbles :)

    I'd like to think that most of what has been posted has been said in jest, if not then there are some very sad/bitter individuals lurking amongst us :)

    Ticket prices yet again a joke; the majority of people who will be at the O2 will be 'city boys' who think nothing at shelling out this kind of dough.

    I'm gradually loosing the will to live over anything to do with The Stones; the more I read the more they piss me off.

    It's not as though they need the money, unless they're expecting a huge tax bill :)

    If they do decide to honour us with their presence at Glasto 13 then great, if not so what.

    I thought we were trying to reduce the amount of flags at the Pyramids :)

    We all know that the wealthy have been 'at it' for generations, and still it goes on. There's nothing wrong with a good old demo, after all we do live in a democracy (believe it or not), but it seems that the very people who could/should address these issues are the same ones that are taking the piss.

    Bankers, Corporations, MPs. MEPs, 'celebrities' continue business as usual, despite all the public outcry.

    I often wonder how much money does an individual actually need?

    Despite all this I do hope that the Rolling Stones pitch up; I've never seen them.

    You don't have to like/agree with a band's moral standing to like/want to see their music.

    Lovely out there; off down to a little bayside cafe for '2 fried eggs the works' breakfast with my better half (and dog:)).

    This time last week my blood pressure was maxing out :)

    Surely there's a place for the likes of Sham 69, Buzzcocks, Stiff Little Fingers....

    The Undertones normally get rumoured each year; JP Stage obviously :)

    Agree with above comments on Punks not Dad; excellent Bandstand entertainment - Ikea furniture!

    I went to the footie sad.png...I could hear slash's guitar in the background sad.png...I couldn't even see the game properly apart from going toes..never again.. luckily I left just in time to get back for Ray Davies due to England being shit.

    Yep. I've resolved to keep clear of the Pyramid on Sunday afternoons from now on. It was OK in 2010 for Slash and Ray Davies because some of the crowd was wacthig the football but it gets too crowded otherwise
