  1. Decathlon Merry Hill, West Midlands.

Not on Decathlon UK website as yet but plenty of stock in Merry Hill. They are on other European Decathlon sites though. Also there is a bloke selling them on Ebay for £160 + £10 delivery a bit of a rip-off as they are only £139. Looking on a UKcampsite tent review website it also seems that different Decathlons do sell at different prices so if yours starts selling them over £139 then have a word and sort them out!

  2. My Quechua has been to a good few festivals in all weather conditions and it hasn't let a drop in. I'd go so far as to say that I love it. And it loves me. And that's the way it will always be.

Don't buy a bright orange one mind - it doesn't make for the best environment to wake up with a hangover in.

  3. I did my degree in Mathematics with the OU and graduated a couple of years ago. I loved it and will definitely go back to do another one in time.

It's a fantastic institution and I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

  4. Good call, that's the one thing that could be improved. I think there is definitely a need for more bins. I think a fair amount of people (maybe even most) would put their rubbish in a bin if they could, but the bins fill up so quickly that rubbish piles up around them.
  5. I'd like one or two harder rock bands, just once. I'm not talking thrash metal or anything like that. I'm a reasonable man. I can understand why that's a bit of an acquired taste. Just some good old fashioned metal.

Iron Maiden - just one time.

  6. Did anyone try to get tickets for this? They seemed to be sold out within seconds, with shitloads appearing on eBay straight off. Something is amiss.

    I'm not happy.

I didn't manage to get any by the way.

  7. Don't put Quechua in the same bracket as Gelert!

Quechua (Decathlon) invented pop ups - they're all double skinned and bomb proof. Never read a bad word about them.

Gelert, on the other hand, do make some rubbish and tales of woe and wetness are common.
